The Keizer Community Foundation has a new campaign and are seeking businesses or individuals to join us in supporting our 10 Keizer Kloset Programs. We anticipate a continuum in the need locally and we are planning ahead for the next 3 years. Our goal is $30k each year to sustain our program, to benefit the children in our Keizer Schools. Children who are clothed, fed and able to maintain their dignity will do better in school. Educators will take home a full paycheck and not divert personal funds to the needs of their students. Valley Recycling and Loren’s Sanitation Donations make continuing newest project possibleWith donations from Valley Recycling and Loren’s Sanitation, we are able to continue our newest project! Instead of purchasing plastic water bottles and creating waste, The Klosets have stainless steel water bottles available to use and reuse by students all through high school! The public can purchase these classy McNary High School Celtic Water Bottles through the Booster Club. Loren's Sanitation and Recycling Service and North Marion Recycle and Disposal have partnered with The Keizer Community Foundation in a pilot program for McNary Students. Insulated water bottles have been purchased for students to use with water fill stations at the school. This project will eliminate plastic waste and high fees for bottle deposits.
