Yesterday, Brett Gholson was our Alyrica Networks installer for wireless Internet access at our hilltop TV site on Eagle Crest near Salem, OR. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. The Internet connection has been up for about 24 hours and the service is working fine. I would like to update my last review as the situation is being handled with respect and professionalism. I would like to say thank you to Brandon for stepping in and helping navigate the work that needs to be done as in the past he has been reliable and efficient! It's easy to go ahead and leave a negative review and I do apologize as I did not realize there was some movement in the office going around and my personal point of contact was doing the best behind the scenes with the information she had now I believe that not only will the problem be resolved I feel comfortable moving forward and living here knowing I'm in good hands. We are going through a very difficult time as my wife has been diagnosed with a terminal condition and performance Property Management and Brandon both took the time to send well wishes which I thought was more than just courteous it shows they care! My wife and I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Sherry and her associates for our purchase in ‘21. We knew it was an automatic decision to go to Sherry for our SALE, because we knew she was the best in the game! I was raised by a single mother who was a realtor for 25 yrs, so I know what it takes to get a house sold. I am also a disabled Army Veteran, so any veterans looking for a seamless/no-stress experience from a great realtor, she’s the “Queen of the MLS” in our opinion. We had an offer within 6 days of listing with Sherry and the process since then has been so smooth. When we buy again, it’s Sherry we will be using again!
