Everyone on the move-in team, Hailey and Savannah especially, have been incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process, making what is usually a stressful experience completely seamless and welcoming. When I moved in, everything was clean as could be and in great shape and that was appreciated. ​I also want to give special recognition to Sean from the maintenance team! He went above and beyond today and put in some incredibly thoughtful lighting under my cabinets. It’s those kinds of personal, extra touches that make a place feel like home right away. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience renting through this property management company. From the beginning, there were several major issues that were either not disclosed prior to signing my lease or have been handled very poorly since moving in. One of the biggest concerns is that management failed to disclose that the neighboring restaurant partially operates out of one of the units in the building. All of the restaurant staff have access to the building’s supposedly “secure” entry code and are constantly coming in and out of the building at all hours of the day and night. This significantly impacts both the privacy and security of residents and is something I absolutely would have wanted to know before signing a lease. Another major issue is the heating system. Tenants are unable to turn the heat off or adjust it within their units, which was also never disclosed beforehand. Heat is frequently blasted into my apartment, often making the unit uncomfortably hot and difficult to live in. On one occasion, the gas company was contacted by one of the other tenants due to a strong gas smell throughout the building. That tenant was advised to temporarily vacate her unit, bringing her pets with her. Not once did 24/7 reach out to any of the tenants to let them know what was going on or to update anyone on what happened/the status of the situation. Luckily, I came home while my neighbor was in the courtyard and she notified me of what was happening, otherwise my pets would have remained locked inside my unit and potentially endangered. When I contacted them about this, they told me it is not their responsibility and that I needed to contact the gas company myself if I wanted any information. In only the first three months of living here, management scheduled three separate inspections of my unit. The frequency of these inspections has felt excessive, intrusive, and invasive, especially for tenants simply trying to peacefully enjoy their home. To make matters worse, management took photographs of my personal living space and belongings and posted them across at least eight different real estate websites without any notice or warning. Seeing photos of my private home and possessions publicly displayed online without consent was incredibly violating and upsetting. When I reached out to them, they notified me that this was part of my lease agreement, but regardless of that, it seems like basic courtesy and respect to at least give your tenants a heads up that they will be posting photos of the inside of your home online. Had they done this or even asked my permission, I would have happily consented and taken care to tidy of my space and remove my personal affects, however, I was out of the country at the time that they entered my unit and my 24 hour notice of entry included no information about the taking of photos to be dispersed to strangers online. Lastly, I submitted a maintenance request that took nearly three months to be addressed. The lack of urgency and communication regarding maintenance issues reflects poorly on the level of care and responsiveness provided to tenants. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience marked by poor transparency, lack of respect for tenant privacy, and inadequate responsiveness. I would not recommend that anyone rent from this company if they value any of the above.

After trying several property management companies, we moved our portfolio to 24/7 Properties. For the past two years we've been very happy with everyone there. Owner, managers, leasing agents, maintenance. It truly is a well very run , classy company, that cares about both it's tenants and owners.
