I highly recommend Lowell, especially if you need therapeutic work! He knew exactly what to work on when I told him my symptoms!

I have been going to Tualatin Modern Dentistry for over 2 years and while the initial experience was good, the recent visits and treatments have been far from satisfactory. I underwent dental implant treatment here, and the process was plagued by repeated scheduling issues, poor coordination, and what felt like a lack of preparation. My stage 2 procedure was rescheduled multiple times because the office did not have the correct parts and equipment ready. During one appointment, I was numbed by the surgeon only for the procedure to be halted because the necessary abutments were not available to him, despite the office having previously evaluated my case and having the correct parts in stock. The problems continued during the crown phase of treatment. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled due to issues with the crown fabrication and other office-related delays. When the crown was finally placed, the procedure felt rushed and was significantly more painful than I expected. The crown fit was also not correct, requiring yet another appointment for adjustments. I was also disappointed that a cleaning was performed by an assistant rather than a hygienist without prior notice. The cleaning felt incomplete, and routine periodontal measurements that had been performed at previous visits were not done. The cumulative effect of these issues was a substantial amount of lost time, missed work, inconvenience, and frustration over many months. After documenting my concerns and requesting a partial refund due to the repeated office errors and treatment delays, my request was denied by the office manager. I understand that complications can happen in any healthcare setting. What matters is how those issues are handled. Unfortunately, my experience was that repeated mistakes occurred without meaningful accountability or resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and will be transferring to a new dentist office.

  • Great gym

I love empire fitness. 24 hour access is great so times work with all schedules. Eric is does amazing personal training. He works 1 on 1 with you to help mold a program to fit your goals.

I developed nodules as a result of Sculptura and returned to ask if they could help. The esthetician denied even seeing them in my face and claimed I just need to massage them away. A simple Google search says to perform an enzyme injection to dissolve them. Do not trust these people with your face

  • Wonderful support!

Ali and I met a month ago and I hired her after that meeting. She offered support in training me out of some really bad food habits. I have dieted my whole adult life, eating fewer calories and getting worse results with every diet. I knew that something had to change…I had no idea what to do in order to experience success. Ali began coaching me through the process of understanding the way food really works for my body. I love the healthy habits that I am learning and know that I am actually changing my lifelong patterns that had led to my obesity. Developing a healthy relationship with food has been a never realized dream for me-until now. I cannot recommend this coaching enough. It has literally changed my life.

  • Managers will not make you feel welcome

I joined December 2024. I noticed a few things that I tried to ignore. 1. Signs that say locker rooms are cleaned. Nope. Showers have pink slime. Lockers are never wiped out. 2. You probably won't be greeted at the front door when you enter/exit. The earlier you go, they don't care if you're there or not. They're often on their phones with their heads down. 3. Seth the trainer/manager won't even make eye contact or say hi to you. He purposely avoided talking or looking at me. I tried to say hi, and he would look the other direction. He made me feel like I didn't belong at WCS I talked to the manager at Keizer about my concerns, especially how Seth purposely avoids me. The next day, my membership was canceled and I was told I could never return as a member. The head manager, Sally, gave me a call and she refused to say why I was no longer allowed to be at WCS. I tried explaining to her how Seth makes me feel like I don't belong there just by how he acts. In my mind, a fitness manager should be welcoming, not cold and robotic. I've never caused an issue at WCS. I don't feel it's fair how someone can be restricted because they bring up concerns how their fitness manager makes you feel like you don't belong there. This facility isn't for people who want to feel included. Choose another one in Salem.

  • Keizer Smile Center is the Best

My wife and I have been going to the Keizer Smile Center for over a year now. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Lebaron and his staff. Great quality care and the staff are friendly and professional.
