I would like to update my last review as the situation is being handled with respect and professionalism. I would like to say thank you to Brandon for stepping in and helping navigate the work that needs to be done as in the past he has been reliable and efficient! It's easy to go ahead and leave a negative review and I do apologize as I did not realize there was some movement in the office going around and my personal point of contact was doing the best behind the scenes with the information she had now I believe that not only will the problem be resolved I feel comfortable moving forward and living here knowing I'm in good hands. We are going through a very difficult time as my wife has been diagnosed with a terminal condition and performance Property Management and Brandon both took the time to send well wishes which I thought was more than just courteous it shows they care! Thank you again performance Property Management for working with me and understanding during this difficult time.

I’ve been a resident with Performance Properties in Portland and have had a really positive experience. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue or question, their team has been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate how easy they are to communicate with. The property has been well maintained, and it’s nice knowing there’s a local management team that actually follows through when something needs attention. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend Performance Properties to anyone looking for a rental in the Portland area.

I want to compliment Performance Properties Inc. — and especially Celia. I met with Celia recently and was genuinely impressed by the depth of her knowledge and experience. My upcoming project is a bit outside the classical rental mold, and she took the time to really understand what I was trying to do, offering thoughtful, well-informed guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all answer. It's clear Celia brings real dedication and devotion to her work at PPI, and PPI is lucky to have her. I came away from our conversation impressed enough that I expect this is the start of a business relationship, not the end of a conversation.
