Ken, our service advisor, was very helpful and friendly. Although he told us up front that our RV might not receive service right away due to this being their busiest time of year, it actually was completed in a timely manner for when we really needed to pick it up. Everything was completed, and one part is on order, so we are very happy. The part on order can be picked up without us having to return with the RV. So far we have been happy with purchasing our Jayco 23RL at Rick's RV from Nick and happy with the quality of service we have received. I would recommend shopping Rick's RV next time in the market for a new RV. (Ken sort of reminds me a lot of Rick on Pawn Stars, only better looking, LOL)! - Wendy G.
Always Excellent
Each year I use Ricks RV service department for something with my 2004 camper and each year, Ricks RV Service Department gives me peace of mind and wonderful support. Every time that I call Ricks, those who take my call are personable and welcoming along with being very helpful. They do everything they can to help me with whatever I've called them for. This year, we had our awning replaced and the water valve on my toilet cracked. They went above and beyond to offer guidance and get the right equipment. While I have always considered Ricks to be 3-4 percent higher than other RV sites, it is ALWAYS worth it to get their expertise and care to attention.
This year, those that helped me were Terry, Josh and Mike (Pilon). Always friendly, always helpful, always right and there to help get you on your camping way. I've NEVER regretted paying a bit more as I know what I'm getting is TOP quality.

A newbie in this arena Ken and Ricky took care of a repair caused by inexperience. Ken took time and patience to review specific areas I had questions with which was appreciated. All of Rick's staff have been friendly and helpful from sales, to maintenance, to the campstore personal who have been very helpful as well. An overall good place to connect with if you want to begin an RV experience.

Absolutely Fantastic Service
After arriving to pick up our travel trailer from Rick’s RV, we found our electric “hitch” would not budge to be connected to our truck. Ken (in Service) tried everything he could to make our hitch do its job, but to no avail. So, he immediately called on Joe Farkas to come to our rescue! Joe switched our hitch in a matter of minutes. And checked the battery to find it needed an “immediate charge” and made the necessary connections to get us on our way. On every obstacle, Joe merely said, “this won’t take but a second;” and he was right. Thanks to Ken & Joe, it made a potential frustrating departure, a very pleasant outcome for two people getting ready to enjoy a wonderful Summer of camping (now in our 23rd year of camping). Dominic's Amazing Service on a Holiday Weekend
On Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, I arrived at my camper to find the air conditioning was not working on a 96 degree day/weekend. My children and I were disappointed that our camping plans were not going to happen. Dominic arrived at the camp ground at 6:00 to share the news that it was actually broken, but he came prepared to replace it! Within 30 minutes he had the new air conditioner working and saved our weekend plans! THANK YOU, Dominic, for your quick response on a very busy weekend and being prepared to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rick's RV and Dominic when you need service.

Service Manager Ken and Tech Ricky took care of all my warranty issues with my Alante 31p motorhome. Even as busy as they are around Memorial Day, they were able to repair everything before my next trip. Thanks for all your help! You guys did a great job!

I needed some service done on my Motor home. My appointment time was convenient for me and I was told it would take about an hour and it was done in about 45 minutes. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. They go out of there way to make sure you have what you are looking for or need done. Fantastic service!

Great Service
Met with Ricky V. to show us how to use all of the things in our new trailer. He was great. The trailer is not set up yet on my lot in Woodhaven so I hope I can remember all that he told me. Ricky said he is available to answer any questions I may have. Also, Kevin in sales was also super nice and helpful.
Best service ever
From the moment I waked in the door it was great salesman joe f helped me out and Jeff and ken got things done with my total on my old unit they rock !! Jim business manager was great after he learned my crazy personality lol and Ricky did a great walk through fixed any tiny problems and explained everything great . And the delivery was backed up a bit so the owner rick and his dad rich personally hooked my new camper up and followed me to the delivery site and me well I hate dealing with places when buying something especially a car but I will say I never felt impatient with this great staff and I actually enjoyed being there it was fun they all talk and laugh and have fun while I was glad my purchase went so fast I was also sad because I got use to stoping in driving them all crazy lol and now I will miss them all especially joe f the salesman he earned my trust in 5 mins of meeting him not pushy at all and took his time in the freezing cold to show me every camper I wanted to look at So anyone wanting a new Rv would be crazy not to use ricks I have owned many Rv’s and this was the best easiest place to shop I will never go anyplace else so I give them 10 ******* ricks Rv you all rock thanks from Nancy R

Great service saved our trip !!!!!
Called Ricks on Wed.Talk to Josh, explained we had LP issues and we were leaving on Friday for a 6 wk. trip. Josh talk to service and got us in the next morning when they opened. When leaving our house the next morning we found our battery wasn't charging when we got to Rick's we explained our new problem to Josh he told us they would try getting to both problems. We met the tech Rick answered some question he had and off Rick went and alittle later he was back found the problem with our LP issues an fix them. Rick had already found my electrical problem an gave us the solution. Both Josh and Rick went out of their way to help and fix our problems so we could leave on time. To Rick an Josh a Big Big THANK YOU for your help. A Thank you to Rick's RV for having such great employees!! If I ever need service again I know where I'll being going for it!! THANK YOU again!!!!!

Was alarmed when preparing trailer for season use and wheels lock up upon braking. Marty told me to come straight in and he checked out and trouble shooed problem and corrected him t. Very friendly and helpful.
A pleasant purchasing experience
I was referred to Rick's RV by Jayco. We were in the market, and Jayco refereed them over many other dealerships in Chicago-land, and we now know why - simply they are number 1!
Our sales guy was Mike Pilon who was always on top of the process, and helped with all of our needs, needles to say gave us a great deal. I have to admit, that (on the paper...) we got a better deal in some other dealership, but way Mike handled all the inquires, needs and financing was a trumping factor to pay a bit more, and gain a better service.
Delivery day was scheduled for Saturday 3PM, and it all went smooth, they fulfilled EVERYTHING and beyond.
Marthy was our technician and was very kind and helpful, he took his time to make sure we now every nook of our trailer.
Lastly a big thank you to Jim Freeland who did the finance and was simply amazing, respectful, listen and worked a package that made us feel we got the best deal possible.
We feel blessed to find Rick's RV, and we look to keep coming and getting all of our needs for traveling

Warranty Repair
As always, an awesome experience. Had some warranty work done, and a job well done. Debbie Trantina was very professional and took care of everything and kept me well informed about the progress of my camper repairs. The Tech Pat did an amazing job, with all the repairs that were needed. Ricks RV and his staff you are the best!! Jayco makes a very good product.
Tree Branch fell on our Camper
Well the worst feeling ever we went out to check on our camper in February and found that mother nature had dropped a large branch on to the top of our 2015 Jayco Camper Well now what ! **** we called and talked to Paul at Ricks and from there on things just got better, he said it happens and not to worry that their service department will take care of everything and the camper would be good as new when they were done Easy to say but we were very worried we have waited long time to buy our camper and we absolutely love it so it was like part of the family being hurt We made an appointment and they had us bring it in right away to minimize any more damage That is when i first meet Ken He was the service advisor that took care of everything he worked with our insurance company and had his service tech Tom repair our camper we felt better just knowing that they cared as much about everything being done right as we did Needless to say but as expected we picked our Camper and everything is perfect 100 percent Happy and satisfied now we can tell everyone that not only is Ricks the place to buy a camper or truck cap from but they also have a GREAT Service department to take care of your purchase Thanks Ken Tom And Marty THANK YOU A+++++
