Best truck cap
i was looking to purchase a cover or cap for my pickup i called Ricks Rv and talked to Paul who we had purchased our Jayco camper from him in 2015 and have absolutely loved it and so i wanted his advice, he said that I would need to talk to Brian he is their expert on truck accessories. Well he was right i spent some time with Brian and we ordered a Cap from ARE that changed the whole look and use of my 2016 truck The fit and color match the truck perfectly i now feel like i have a new truck again absolutely love it Brian had great advice and knowledge of what would works best for the use of truck 100 percent happy with purchase and Ricks Rv as always great service on install I now have two more reasons to recommend Ricks RV Paul and Brian THANK YOU !!!!!!!
Eagle 5th Wheel
We brought our 2017 Jayco Eagle Fifth Wheel in for work on the exterior when we noticed an issue with the skin. We also had a few 'shake down' issues for the team to look at after we took two 3,000+ mile trips. The service team did a great job listening and consulting with u s about the minor repairs that were needed. Regarding the flaw in the unit's skin they were clear about the work to be done and the approximate time it would take to complete. We picked up our camper on April 4 and are so pleased with the work and the time that Joe took with us to look over everything and get us on the road. We are looking forward to a great 2018 in our Eagle. Many thanks to all!

Marty and Ricky did a fantastic job of solving a couple of issues we had with our fifth wheel. From little things to winter “invaders “ we have always had great service from Ricks! On our 4th RV, 3 of which have been Jaycos. Recommend the brand....definitely recommend Ricks!

Absolutely fantastic service
When I bought my new camper I had an issue with truck not recognizing the connection to the camper, I brought it back and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quick. Thanks for your great work Ken & Joe. Love the service and awesome friendly staff.
Quick and fantastic service
We experienced a wiring issue with our Jayco trailer while heading out of town on 1/19/18 and Ken, Debbie, Martin and Nick in the service department all pitched in to help get us back on the road. A special thanks to Ken for waiting for us to drop off the trailer after hours and to Nick the technician for diagnosing the problem first thing the following morning.

Great Repair Work
Ken and Pat did an excellent job of understanding what we needed done and got it all done very quickly and properly.
Great Service
Marty and Steve did a great job of taking care of some warranty repairs that were needed on our new Jayco. Marty kept us advised of the status of the repairs during the time it was at Rick's. Marty even helped us hitch it up to take it home on a day when temperatures were around 15 degrees.
Good repair to side and roof of RV
Jeff, Marty, Debbie were great to work with after our trailer was damaged in hurricane related incident. We are pleased with the work done by technicians Joe and Nick who had to replace siding and door, and repair a hole in the roof. This is a unit we purchased from Rick's and recommend them to others for good selection and service.
Absolutely thrilled with the Service Department
Just picked up my new Jayco and had an issue with my trailer brake. Went back to the shop and Nick quickly assessed the situation, fixed the issue and had me back on the road home in no time. I will bring my RV back here for all of my service.

Tom did a great job and went above and beyond the checklist when delivering our new Jayco to us. I have had a smaller RV for several years before buying from Rick's RV and still learned a lot of valuable information from Tom. This was just another piece of a great buying experience at Rick's RV.

Truck Accessories Bought and Installed Efficiently
Brian in Truck accessories helped me choose bed cover and a bed rug to complete my new truck. On installation day Marty the service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. Joe, the technician did a great job. Ricks RV is a terrific place to shop for RV and truck accessories. A wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. I was asked by several of the sales people if I needed assistance while I waited for the install of the truck accessories. They make everyone feel welcome.

Brought my 2011 Greyhawk in for service. furnace not always reigniting and same problem with the hot water tank. It was done about two weeks sooner than scheduled. It is really hard to write a review on a company that I have been dealing with for almost 4 years now and never had a negative experience. I have called them while on the road and they helped me with issues. I have had to have work expedited because of a planned trip. They have always come thru for me. I have to thank Rick for not only putting customers needs first but for taking care of his employees which will always be an asset to any business. And of course special thanks to my service adviser Ken and my techs that worked on my Home away from home. Steve Ricky and Pat.
