Worked with Mike on all of our units from Ricks. We had some work done on our 2018 5th wheel. Ken was great to work with. Top service, kept us posted on what was being done on our unit! Would enjoy working with him again

I would like to thank Ricks rv center for a excellent visit! We bought a used 2006 leprechaun rv and we cannot be more exstatic!! We would also like to thank Rick V. In the demonstration of our rv! He was so nice and gave an excellent demonstration and explained everything!!! This was a great experience and we will definitely go back when we buy our brand new one!!! We would definitely refer people to you!!!
The service department is wonderful. We had a problem with our Jayco motorhome and they were able to fit it in without an appointment to fix it to get us back on the road again. Thank you so much Ken and Ricky.
Talk about amazing staff in the service department, WOW. We brought our StarCraft camper in for a few simple warranty items and met with Ken. We walked Ken through our issues and he walked us through how they would repair them. In addition he offered quite a few tips to help keep our new unit in the best condition. We received a walk through of our repairs when we picked up the unit. Thanks to Tom for the excellent corrections and repairs to our unit. Thank you gentlemen....
Thursday 8/2 we went to make sure camper was working and to pack it for vacation. We had picked it up from service two weeks prior for an exhaust fan in the kitchen and was first time out after that. Kitchen slide would not go out. We panicked as we were leaving 8/3 to go 8 hours away. Nick came out on Friday 8/3 to pick up our camper and take it back for quick service so we would be able to still go on vacation later that night. When they did the fan a cord got pinched when pulling it back in and cut the cord therefore slide would not work on one side. That friday Nick picked up at 11:30am and they had it fixed by 3pm and we came up to pick it up. Nick is Sales and went out of his way to make sure we were serviced quickly since my husband was at work and could not bring it up. Thank you so much everyone is always great but Nick did not have to do that that Friday we were very very grateful. Thanks
Marty Svoboda has always been great at letting us know how work is progressing and we really feel he is paying attention to our needs. We are very happy with the prompt responses to our questions and the work done in general. I would recommend this business to others who might be interested in purchasing an RV.
This was our 3rd RV purchase, 1st time from Ricks. From beginning to end the experience was great. Paul took his time to talk with my husband multiple times before we purchased and kept us updated step by step. We went in and looked at it, decided to buy and set up our appointment for pick-up. Everything went very smoothly, the customer service was on point! Rick V in the service department was very thorough inspecting our new camper and going over everything with us, he did a wonderful job. Even the parts area was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Rick's!

This is the second time we have used Paul to help us purchase an RV. He kept us informed throughout the entire ordering process. Each time I called he always was able to get the information I was looking for ie. color, 2019 changes, pictures, etc. Paul is great to work with. I highly recommend him!
Tom was very thorough while giving us our walk thru of new Pinnacle. He was able to answer any questions we had. He took his time and we did not feel rushed.

Dwayne the technician was excellent. He walked us through all items of the camper and explained in detail each function of the camper. Joe our salesman and was excellent and very knowledgeable. He will be returning to Ricks for all our camping needs.
We returned our RV to Rick's RV to check things over before we hit the road full time. A slide awning had to be replaced, they greased the bearings, added an new set of steps and hand rail. As they were greasing the bearings, they found that the backing plate and brakes needed replaced, which were covered under our extended warranty. Kudos to Ken, Tom and Joe for all their wonderful service. We'll recommend Rick's to everyone on our travels. God bless you all.
Kurt worked with us from the first day (4 years ago) until we finally found the 5th wheel we wanted. We never felt any pressure from him or anyone at Rick's. We searched every dealer within 300 miles for the perfect RV and returned to Rick's RV over and over checking out what was new or used. When the right RV was in their lot, Kurt walked us through it and through the entire process. We are thrilled with our purchase. Thank you, Kurt and everyone at Rick's.
Nick was great from the moment he met us on the lot. He didn’t rush us, he gave us time to “talk about it”. And when we were ready he told us step by step what to expect. When we came in for our demonstration, Nick introduced us to Dwayne, man does he know his stuff! He explained EVERYTHING, top to bottom, front to back, side to side. We must have looked lost at one point, he would look at us and just go over it again. We left out of there confident with our new camper. Finally we met with Jim, he was great also. He talked to us-he went over different scenarios and what ifs and what to expect. That made me, and I know my fiancé, feel comfortable in the purchase me made. Overwhelmed with the great experience we had. I’m glad we made it to Ricks RV and met these guys!!!
Rick's is awesome, everyone I've dealt with is top notch. Joe the technician was super friendly and he did a perfect job leveling my trailer to my new tow vehicle. Marty was very helpful as well, he's always a pleasure to see behind the counter. I'm so glad Rick's is in my neighborhood! This dealership has a staff that cares about their work and their customers, they stand behind their work and their product.
Needed a wire harness and not in stock. Ricks RV called around and after numerous attempts they couldn’t find anything. But... they found a harness that would work and got it installed. And we are leaving for a trip in the morning. Great customer service!!!
Had an accident and needed the front half reconstructed. Hassle free quote and they fixed it in no time. Looks brand new.
