I would like to update my last review as the situation is being handled with respect and professionalism. I would like to say thank you to Brandon for stepping in and helping navigate the work that needs to be done as in the past he has been reliable and efficient! It's easy to go ahead and leave a negative review and I do apologize as I did not realize there was some movement in the office going around and my personal point of contact was doing the best behind the scenes with the information she had now I believe that not only will the problem be resolved I feel comfortable moving forward and living here knowing I'm in good hands. We are going through a very difficult time as my wife has been diagnosed with a terminal condition and performance Property Management and Brandon both took the time to send well wishes which I thought was more than just courteous it shows they care! Thank you again performance Property Management for working with me and understanding during this difficult time.

I would like to get an emergency voucher and get into a one bedroom apt. Sincerely. I am 76yr old. My landlord gave me a vacate, but I could not fine anything in my budget. I never missed a rent since 20018. I was never late nor missed rent.. I have not found an place to live since Last November.

I've been with Prop M for many years now and they're great. I live in another state, and cannot manage my rental. To be honest, even if I lived in the same city, I wouldn't want to deal with all the headaches that come with finding tenants, background checks, collecting rents, etc, etc. Prop M takes care of all that. I'm very happy to have chosen Josh Kaplan as my real estate agent! As a first time home buyer, I was thankful to work with someone so knowledgeable. During the house hunting and buying process, he helped to educate me about things to look for in a property and pointed out areas that could be of concern. His communication was great and he gave me a heads up if he would be unavailable. I don't have much availability during the weekdays, but Josh was able to work with my limited schedule and still kept me informed of where we were at in the process and made time to meet in-person. This is a fantastic place with very nice apartments. My mom lives here and I visit often. She loves it and I am happy knowing that she is in a safe community with good management. The initial tour was with Stephanie who was very helpful and friendly. Shelby manages the community and she is always responsive and pleasant. Dave is great about completing all maintenance requests promptly. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. There are wonderful community events hosted regularly and there are very nice on-site amenities, with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. I always enjoy my visits here and my mom is thrilled to call this place home. The team of people running this place genuinely want residents to be happy and feel welcome.
