Cascade Summit Apartment Homes

Cascade Summit is the very best I so enjoyed the years I lived here. Everyone from office staff to the maintenance crew. Top notch! They make living at Cascade Summit very enjoyable . They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I want to thank everyone for all the years I lived there! I enjoyed it very much! Thanks again for a wonderful place to live!!

Cascade Summit is quiet, pleasant place to live. It is convenient to Safeway, post office, city hall and others. The maintenance is prompt and capable and even available on the weekend. The staff promotes events to encourage community and keeps residents informed of safety issues. I intend to call Cascade Summit my permanent home!

Tom, the maintenance man is the most trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt staff member. Cascade Summit is a wonderful community to live in. I just signed my eighth year renewal contract. I would recommend living here to everyone who is looking for a great and safe environment!
