This is a fantastic place with very nice apartments. My mom lives here and I visit often. She loves it and I am happy knowing that she is in a safe community with good management. The initial tour was with Stephanie who was very helpful and friendly. Shelby manages the community and she is always responsive and pleasant. Dave is great about completing all maintenance requests promptly. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. There are wonderful community events hosted regularly and there are very nice on-site amenities, with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. I always enjoy my visits here and my mom is thrilled to call this place home. The team of people running this place genuinely want residents to be happy and feel welcome.

We enjoyed our time at the summer linn complex, it was great first places to welcome us out of state folks. We loved having the ease of the gym and pool right there for before and after work. The units recently went under major remodeling so it’s a nice addition. And don’t forget to say hi to your newest favorite manager Shelby!

We were accused of smoking in our home when we do NOT smoke. Issues a warning and less than one month were told to leave in a matter of one week. We asked to speak with manager about the accusations and even asked neighbors if they have ever smelled smoke, and that said they have never smelled anything suspicious coming from out apartment home. This is devastating for us. They have also entered our home with no 24 hour notice nit even an email! We have been model tenants. If you are not white in this community be prepared to deal with discrimination and bias behavior here at Sunnerlinn. The manager is never in her office during office hours and does not follow through on schedules. We would never recommend Summerlinn to anyone.

I had a great experience with this place. The property is gorgeous, and the homes are very large. I had a brief maintenance issue, but the maintenance supervisor showed up very quickly and had it fixed much faster than I could have expected. This apartment has been great and I love living here.

Went on a tour here at Summerlinn with manager Shelby K. She was great, sociable, sweet and was flexible with my time. She showed me multiple units that would fit my needs and price range. I loved the spot, great pool outdoor area and was happy the spot has garages for parking or storage. She checked in sporadically to see if I needed anything else. Look forward to being a future resident here one day!
