Bauman’s Harvest Festival
Bauman’s Farm and Garden is going strong! Running now through October 30th, this annual festival is packed with a full lineup of fall activities on weekends (with select activities available on weekdays). Highlights include the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off, Bauman’s Cider Festival, and plenty of family-friendly attractions.

Apple Palooza at Fordyce Farm!
Fordyce Farm is celebrating the fall season with its annual Apple Palooza, an apple-themed day full of festive fun! This free event features apple tastings (until 5:00 PM), fresh-baked apple treats with free samples, hot and cold cider, U-pick apples for just $1/lb, and build-your-own apple grab bags for $2/lb. Guests can also enjoy the corn maze, pumpkin patch, indoor hay maze, and hay fort.

Salem Orchestra Fallfest Fundraiser
Support local music at the Salem Orchestra’s Fallfest Fundraiser! This afternoon of live performances will range from classical to rock and roll. Hosted at the beautiful Scenic Valley Farms Vineyard & Winery, the event features wine by the glass or bottle (available for purchase), delicious food (included with ticket purchase), lawn games, and a silent auction. All proceeds support Salem Orchestra’s mission to bring outstanding concerts and educational programming to the community.

Get ready for a literary-themed roller derby showdown at the Madhouse! Cherry City Roller Derby presents Booked for Destruction, a doubleheader season opener event. Doors open at 3:30 PM for a juniors’ bout at 4:30 PM, followed by an adult modified contact bout at 7:00 PM. The event is family-friendly with food, beverages, and adult drinks served by Santiam Brewing! A portion of the proceeds will support the Salem Public Library.

J2M Concert and Fundraiser
Head to The Yard Food Park for an afternoon of live music and community support at the J2M Concert and Fundraiser. Enjoy performances by William Froggy Hyland, TJ Wong, Chad Rupp & the Sugar Roots, The Nikki Jones Band, and Lilla. There will also be raffles and a silent auction. Proceeds will help send Lilla (Solo/Duo) and The Nikki Jones Band to Memphis to compete in the International Blues Challenge.
