Deepwood Plant Sale & Horticultural Tours
Deepwood Museum & Gardens invites the community to explore a selection of hard-to-find native and companion plants, yard decor, pottery, and more at their two-day Annual Plant Sale Fundraiser. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in free guided tours of the nature trails at 10 AM and noon each day, and free guided tours of the formal gardens are scheduled for 11 AM and 1 PM.
To help enrich the community’s knowledge of native species, experts will be readily available to answer questions or offer advice. A portion of all proceeds from the sale will be dedicated to the preservation and programs of Deepwood Museum & Gardens.

Yozakura Cherry Blossom Photo Walk
Focal Point Photography will be hosting a Yozakura photo walk at the Oregon State Capitol Park. Participants will gather at 6 PM for an informative session on capturing the cherry blossoms in limited light, followed by a group photo walk. Focal Point Photography’s staff will be on hand to assist with camera settings and provide guidance.
These photo walks are an excellent opportunity for photographers of any skill level to improve their techniques while enjoying the company of fellow photographers in a supportive and enjoyable group environment. The use of tripods is highly recommended.
