Family Fun Friday: Before Oregon Statehood
Willamette Heritage Center is hosting Family Fun Fridays, perfect for keeping the young ones entertained this summer. These interactive lessons spark curiosity and foster a love for learning in both kids and adults. Each session includes all-day admission to self-guided tours. Pack a picnic and enjoy it at one of their picnic benches or lawns.
Pre-registration is recommended, as spots are limited to 30 participants. The cost is $10 per person (ages 6 and up), and members receive a 10% discount.

15th Annual Rust O Rama
The Cherry City Bombers Car Club is bringing back the 15th Annual Rust O Rama at the Oregon State Fairgrounds. This event features classic cars, live music, a swap meet, vendors, a skateboard art contest, and a raffle. It welcomes 1965 and older American customs, classics, hot rods, rat rods, stock, rusty, and shiny cars. Car registration is $20, which includes admission for the driver and one passenger. Additional passengers pay $5. General admission is $5, with kids 12 and under free. Car entry starts at 8 AM, and general admission begins at 9 AM.

Summer Celebration Party

2024 Ironman 70.3
The 2024 Ironman 70.3 event will be taking place at Riverfront Park, offering one of the fastest swims on the Ironman circuit. Participants will enjoy a 1.2-mile swim in the Willamette River, a 56-mile bike ride through scenic wine country, and a flat 13.1-mile run through Minto Brown Island Park.
