The Chapter House is bringing its first Fall Bizarre to downtown Albany for a festive day of local shopping and seasonal fun. Visitors can stroll Broadalbin Street while browsing vendors, artists, makers, books, and plenty of spooky fall finds.

Dogtoberfest
Deluxe Brewing is bringing Oktoberfest fun to four-legged friends with Dogtoberfest! Guests can meet adoptable dogs from SafeHaven Humane Society, enter raffles, enjoy pet costume contests, and connect with local pet-focused businesses. Well-behaved, vaccinated dogs that are friendly with people and other dogs are welcome to join the festivities.

FUNdraiser Paint Party
Support Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 584 during a creative evening hosted by Dena Lynn Brehm. Guests will be guided through painting a festive fall gnome, with no prior painting experience needed. All ages are welcome, and proceeds help support the local veterans service organization and its mission.

The Albany Fire Department is welcoming the community to Station 11 for its 2026 Open House in celebration of Fire Prevention Week. Spooky Spins: Halloween Plates & Spoon Rests
Calapooia Clay is getting into the Halloween spirit with a hands-on pottery wheel workshop. During the 1.5-hour class, participants will learn to create two ceramic pieces, choosing from spoon rests, small plates, or one of each for a festive seasonal project.
