Oregon’s Trail of Tears Exhibit
Now on display at the Albany Regional Museum, Oregon’s Trail of Tears is a powerful photography exhibit by Nolan Streitberger. The collection documents the estimated encampment sites from the journal of U.S. Indian Agent George H. Ambrose, who force-marched hundreds of Indigenous people along one of Oregon’s historic Trail of Tears routes. The exhibit runs through January 31, 2026, and is supported by the Oregon Arts Commission and the Kinsman Foundation.

Extended Weekend Hours at the Historic Carousel
The Albany Historic Carousel & Museum is now open later on Fridays and Saturdays, giving families and carousel lovers more time to enjoy the magic. Calapooia Brewing Company invites the community to its long-running Sunday Blues Jam, also known as the Church of Eternal Suds.
