Clink!
Clink! is adding a little sparkle to downtown Salem with their curated wine list and French-inspired plates. Located on the 2nd Floor of The Forge, Clink! is perfect for date nights, group hangouts with friends, or just winding down with a glass of wine.
Adobe Restaurant and Bar
Adobe Restaurant and Bar, located in the former Epilogue Kitchen & Cocktails space in downtown Salem, blends traditional Latin flavors with modern twists. Their menu includes dishes like Papas Bravas tossed in garlic butter and chile de arbol powder, Flank Steak Tacos with guac and grilled onion, and Bandeja Paisa for a bold combo of meat, rice, egg, and fried plantain. The open kitchen and cocktail bar make it a great place to unwind after work or catch up with friends over a flavorful meal. Customers love the food, service, and atmosphere!
Gursha Eats
Gursha Eats is one of Salem’s newest restaurants, bringing the bold and aromatic flavors of Ethiopian cuisine to Northeast Salem. Located on Lancaster Drive NE, the restaurant serves traditional dishes featuring slow-cooked meats, fresh vegetables, injera, and plant-based options. This fresh addition to the local food scene offers a lovely community-centered space to experience authentic Ethiopian cooking.
Spicee Bite
Spicee Bite, a longtime local food truck favorite, now has a permanent home in downtown Salem. Specializing in Indian cuisine, their menu features staples like butter chicken, samosas, curries, and biryani. With a cozy new space and the same spice-packed recipes, it’s a welcome addition for those craving something warm and satisfying.
Rogue Salem Public House
Rogue Ales has planted roots in West Salem with their new Public House, providing signature craft brews, classic pub fare, and regular community events. With locations in Newport, Portland, and Astoria, this next step brings familiar Oregon flavors to Salem. Come grab a pint, enjoy dinner on the patio, or join their next event.
Gamberetti’s (New Location)
Gamberetti’s Italian Restaurant has turned the page into a new chapter with their move to the Holman Riverfront Park Hotel, closing the original High Street location in May 2025. The new space carries over their fresh, locally-sourced Italian favorites—but now with the power of a bigger kitchen and the charm of a boutique hotel setting.
Shaka Brah (Drive-Thru)
West Salem got a little sunnier with the arrival of Shaka Brah’s drive-thru. Known for their delicious Hawaiian plate lunches, mouthwatering sides, and spam musubi, they’re serving up island comfort food with quick-service convenience. It’s a laid-back option when you’re short on time but still want something tasty.
Good Dogs & Precious Pizza (New Locations)
Good Dogs has stepped into the former Precious Pizza space in the Reed Opera House, bringing along a menu of hot dogs topped with everything from street-style onions to spicy mustard blends. Across the street, Precious Pizza is moving into the old Court Street Dairy Lunch building, where their small-batch Grandma-style pies can shine in a larger space (tentatively reopening in early August). Together, they’re giving downtown Salem some delicious new energy.
