Sean Connor started Connor Agency in 1992. His background in farming and a heart to serve the agricultural community led him to establish the Connor Agency under the COUNTRY Financial brand.
The Connor Agency has been a longstanding business in Keizer and has been an integral part of this community for over three decades. Sean’s son, Jackson Connor, has had a diverse career journey, spanning roles from a diesel mechanic and farmer to an agricultural lender at Columbia Bank. His roots run deep, and his commitment to the neighborhood shines through in his roles both personally and professionally. He shares his father’s heart for the Mid-Willamette Valley and ensuring that the agricultural community and businesses in our area have the insurance coverage they need to thrive.

Married, with a child on the way, Jackson values family deeply. He would love to travel to Norway and Ireland to see where his family originated from 6 generations ago. Sean is married with three children and a family dog. COO and Associate Representative, Marla Bunn, shares a love of this valley and its agricultural roots. She is married with two lovely daughters who are both involved in FFA (Future Farmers of America). Together, these three make a tremendous team to have on your side.

When asked about favorite neighborhood spots, Jackson enthusiastically recommends a few eateries like AJ’s Hideaway Bar & Grill, CasaMigos, Brix Tavern, and McNary Estates, showcasing his love for the local culinary scene.
