The vibrant buzz of creativity is about to blanket Bush’s Pasture Park with the return of the Salem Art Fair & Festival, happening September 13-15, 2024. This 75th anniversary promises a reimagined layout ensuring easier access to a plethora of artists and vendors while maximizing the natural shade of the park for a more relaxed experience.

Art enthusiasts can expect an eclectic mix of mediums from over 200 artists featuring 2D and 3D mixed media, ceramics, fiber wearables, and more. Music lovers are in for a treat with a lineup that offers something for every ear, ranging from local buskers to full-stage performances.

The much anticipated Opening Night Party on September 12 at Bush’s Pasture Park offers an immersive start to the festivities from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. This special evening sets the stage with a dinner featuring Mediterranean delights from La Jitana, complemented by a selection of local beers and wines from Conversion Brewery.

The highlight of the evening will be an enchanting performance by Halie Loren, one of the Pacific Northwest’s top vocal talents, beginning at 7:00 pm. Her vibrant jazz vocals promise to captivate attendees. To celebrate the Art Fair & Festival’s 75th anniversary, the evening will culminate with a stunning laser light and drone art show, which will illuminate the sky with 75 synchronized drones in a dazzling display of artistry in motion.

Early Bird ticket pricing is open until September 12th with tickets priced at $35 for Art Fair artists and Salem Art Association members, and $40 for the general public. Last year the event sold out. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance as they will not be available for purchase at the door.

This magical evening will not only offer sumptuous food and mesmerizing performances but also the chance to mingle with artists and fellow art enthusiasts, making it a quintessential celebration of community and culture.
