Friendly Attorney and Staff
I had filed a Chapter 13 in another state, but lost my job and could not continue payments after moving back to Oregon. However, I quickly learned from Corey, Karen, and Heather that the process for filing Chapter 7 is a lot easier than Chapter 13.
