This years home service was, as in the past, a very good experience. From the start we were notified of our upcoming appointment (day and time). Jared Jenkins our technician notified us that he was on his way and his ETA. When he arrived he was very congenial and explained what he was going to do and if we had any questions at any time to please ask. Over the top Professionalism & Customer Service!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Corvallis Heating & Air! My own personal furnace stopped working at 8:30am yesterday. Cold, it was cold & don’t like cold, at all! ?? As soon as I noticed it, I got on the phone ?? & called Corvallis Heating & Air. They must have been right around the corner because in less than 5 minutes, they had someone at our house. After he looked it over, he spoke with the main office & I was worried & knew that wasn’t a good sign. Sure enough, Cooney came out to consult with Mason & they were quick to figure out that the master board was bad & needed to be replaced. Yikes!! ? ?Time & money!! They were honest, quick, professional & did everything in their power to get the parts & get it fixed! By about 3:00pm today, Mason had replaced the part & the heat was coming in!! Mini split

Vaulted ceiling home leads up to Master Suite, Jet provided perfect solution to keep my bedroom cool during the summer. The ‘mini split’ cools my master suite perfectly without have to over cool the downstairs living space. During the winter it is the same to perfectly heat my bedroom.

Great company to work with

Replaced our furnace in our home. From beginning to end, they were great. Not only were they the best value, but they were always early, they were communicative, and even explained every step of the way. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. I mentioned the next best furnace, and he explained why it wouldn't be necessary or cost-effective. Each person was friendly, and made us feel at ease knowing it would be done right. Even the electrician who came out afterward, from an unrelated company, had great things to say about them.

I love how the owners value integrity!

Our furnace is old and has given us issues every 6 months or so - we kept having a different company to come out and "fix" it but for some reason, it kept breaking down, almost like it was timed. We were growing impatient with it being truly fixed and then it caught fire - it's a good thing we caught it in time or our house would have burnt down! We gave the details on the part that was on fire and they told us we needed to replace our whole system (they didn't even come out to look at it this time). When we told them it was the part they installed last time and it must have been faulty to catch like that, they refused to come out and address the issues, even though we had paid thousands of dollars over the last few years to fix it regularly. We called Palmer's Heating and Construction to have a second opinion but they came out to take a look and told us we didn't need to spend the money on an entire new system because the issue was with one crucial piece, and the reason why it caught fire was because the other company installed the wires incorrectly. They saved us SO MUCH MONEY by being honest and caring. Our furnace is still working great and I cannot imagine using another company again! Thank you, Palmer's!
