Aviator Heating & Cooling

Daniel and Surge were great to work with! They came out quickly when our HVAC stopped working and were able to install a whole new system in just a couple days. We’re very happy to have a brand new AC just in time for the summer heat!

I called Aviator for a second opinion on my furnace after another company recommended a very expensive repair. Dan spent the time to thoroughly inspect the system, test for carbon monoxide (which came back at 0 ppm), and clearly explain what he was seeing and just as importantly, what he could NOT confirm without further disassembly. Instead of jumping to conclusions or pushing a repair, he walked me through the possible indicators, explained the limitations of what can be seen without a full teardown, and told me there was no immediate safety concern and no need to rush into a major expense. He also checked other components and gave a realistic, practical view of what to monitor over time versus what actually needed attention now. It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes clear information and honest recommendations over upselling. If you need a second opinion or want someone who will give you a straight answer, I highly recommend Aviator.

Great experience with this HVAC company. They showed up on time, were professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and the system is running better than ever. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises.
