Add Some Contacts

One of the easiest ways to get reviews is to ask clients you have already done business with. It’s never too late to go back and ask them what they thought of their experience. Generally speaking, the sooner you ask for a review, the more likely you are to have that person leave a review that’s more substantive. The longer you wait, the less likely they are to actually write a review, and if they do, it may not be as “fresh” in their minds, so they may not provide as much important detail.

You can easily upload contacts in WhirLocal, either One At A Time or even In Bulk from a .CSV file. Adding them one at a time you can just type in their information, toggle on “Ask This Contact For A Review”, and click Add Contact. Uploading them in bulk requires a .CSV file that should have, at a minimum, First/Last Name and Email Address. Don’t worry about the order of columns, our Mapping Tool will help you with this process, and let you add data like Company, Job Title, Address, Phone Number, etc. if you have them.
