The Service Department (Ken, Nick and Jeff) are the best! I can always count on their help - whether it is by explaining the type of grease I need or why bearings need to be repacked. They not only think about what I need right now but also about what I will need within the next couple of months. I would not go anyplace else for sales or service.
Thanks to Rick's RV for showing us some campers but especially for showing us THE ONE! We are so excited and thrilled with our new 2019 Jayco 38FDDS! It's everything we wanted and more. We want to give a special thanks to Dwayne for helping us learn all about our new baby, all the bells and whistles. He was so kind and thorough and informative, and funny! What a great guy! What great place to buy a RV from! We went in wanting to look at a certain pop-up but it didn't meet up to our expectations. Kurt helped us find a great pop-up without any type of pressure situations and we got what we wanted and then some. The service department there is great and they really helped us out when it was discovered we had issues with our hitch. They really took care of us! They also do an astounding job of doing the introduction demonstration, Dwayne did a great job teaching us the ins and outs of our new camper. I'll recommend Rick's to anyone! Newbie with my RV. Survived this summer thanks to Ken's assistance. He had a lot of patience answering questions and just getting me through this first year of "how to". Thanks Ken. Mike has been outstanding. He was able to answer all our questions about a 2017 Rock Forest River 296HL that we purchased. The camper was clean and hit all of the points we wanted in our first trailer. Mike was exceptional as well after the purchase. Again he has helped with any questions I have had after the sale and gone out of his way to offer his insight and assistance for anything that we've required. Everyone at the location is always friendly, polite, and helpful. I will leave another review about Dwayne that helped with the delivery of our camper.

We just bought a new 2018 Jayco from Rick's RV, and after having been to a number of RV dealers AND just having bought a new truck, I can tell you that Rick's was a completely different experience than all of them. Our entire experience was easy, low-pressure, informative, helpful, courteous and just plain great. The sales person (Kevin) was a main reason we kept coming back, but after we agreed to purchase, we got to experience everyone else at Rick's and it was a pleasure. Rick the Service technician was incredibly helpful and took his time with us, Jim in Financing was polite and no pressure, and everyone else was all about us... no one once made it seem like the sale was more important than our happiness. I expect we will be doing business with Rick's RV throughout our camping life. Thanks for the great experience!
I'm about to quit my job and travel for awhile in my new 2018 Jayco, so it was important that I have the thing set up the way I wanted with everything running smoothly. I researched what I wanted/needed, and stopped at several RV dealers in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. Unfortunately, most were unreliable or disorganized... Rick's RV was quite different, and it had to be for me to consider purchasing from a dealership 3 hours away. Mike, Rick and Dwayne were exceptional to work worth, and I look forward to my coming adventure!

We recently traded our older Jayco ( also purchased at Ricks) for a 2019 Jayco. Kurt helped us with both purchases, plus numerous other times with general info. He's not only friendly and knowledgeable, but very patient as we had been in several times as we looked for exactly what we wanted. Dwayne was a great help too, as he is the service tech who went over everything on the rv with us.
As I entered the store I was greeted by several people who were courteous and wanting to make sure I was taken care of. When I requested Bryan Niedermeyer they walked with me until we found him. Awesome! I also want to give credit to Joe Ferrell who installed the new cap on my truck and did a nice neat job. Thanks Joe
I purchased a cap for my pickup through Bryan. He was great to work with. A problem arose with my truck cap being damaged with blacktop sealer before it was installed. He took care of the problem quickly and worked with me on an adjustment that left me totally satisfied. He was very courteous and eager to satisfy me. I would definitely recommend Ricks RV to anyone. Sorry, forgot guys names that helped us but everyone that did help us was fantastic from Duane the guy that went through everything on the RV to the guy that went through closing with us and girl that helped us buy a few things that we needed. Plus, Paul that sold the RV to us. Obviously, I don't pay attention to names!! Ha, sorry!!! I'm sure you can figure it out.
Our salesman Kevin made things easy. He is a great asset for your business. As for your service technician "Dwayne"-there are not enough good words to describe this employee. Good technicians are hard to find.I can't remember your finance employee's name but he's a keeper also.

Have used Rick’s for years to service our American Coaches. Needed to add a new tow package to my wife’s car and they did a super job. Mike treats us like family, and Nick, Debbie & Karen took care of us back in service. The big factor for us is trust; we trust them to do a great job and they never fail. Thanks!!!
A couple of months ago my husband and I were going to purchase a used camper from a private owner. The deal fell through. Our family was really looking forward to that purchase. Long story short, we found a new one online and Paul in sales. Helped us out. Once looking at it, we decided on a bigger upgrade. Paul was great to work with fielding phone calls and emails. He worked super hard to get us to our price point and has made our family super happy! Then came Jim in finance. He, just like Paul was really great to work with. He waited on specific items and worked with us with all the working parts we had going on at the time. He took his time and made sure that everything was worked within our schedule and truly went above and beyond when I came and took the mattress out of the new camper so that I could sell it with my older camper! He gave us a lot of tips as well when we signed all the paperwork. Last but least, Rick V did our demo. This guy really knows his stuff! My husband and I had owned our previous camper for 2 years and we thought we had things figured out. He showed us a ton of things to make the camping experience much easier! The little tips that he showed us can save so much time while out at the campground. We can spend less time on the regular maintenance with just the little tricks he showed us and more time enjoying life at the campground with our family and friends. He had a lot of suggestions that will make it easier for us as well make my husband really happy installing a simple amber light out the front door. My husband was really impressed with all three of these team members and that says a lot because not a lot of people impress my husband!! Keep up the great work!
What a great experience purchasing my first new Travel Trailer (and on my own)! Kevin and I spoke (on the phone and by text) for over 3 weeks answering all my questions thoroughly and with respect. He definitely went over and beyond (even recommended campgrounds to check out). There was no "car salesman" pushing by Kevin and I truly appreciated that! Kudos to whoever posted the chat option on the website - immediate help and information for what I was looking for. Rick (the service tech) did a phenomenal job explaining every detail during the walk-through. I would recommend Rick's RV Center to anyone shopping for an RV!
