This review is for John who assisted in showing us our new 10SD popup camper setup on March 30th. John did an excellent job! He was very thorough, patient, and gave us many tips on the use of our camper. We were very grateful. Tom was very knowledgable and took time to discuss every part of our new camper. He wrote down the list of imperfections and vowed to have them fixed prior to pick up. He listened and did not rush us. We have not picked up our camper yet but I am sure it will be as perfect as I imagine it. Fantastic Service Thank you Tom!
This is my third (2012, 2014, 2018) new truck I have had a cap/cover and step bars installed at Ricks. Everything fits and functions perfectly, I'm really proud of the way my truck looks! Great Team - Great Service!
Marty got my trailer in right away and kept me informed the entire time. Nick helped me with pick up. Very professional and polite.
I had a new topper put on my truck. I was constantly informed by Jeff on the status of my order and on the day of service, Diane stayed in touch on the progress of my service. Nick did a great job on the install. Would highly recommend.
We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our retirement RV from Ricks. Tom was very thorough and friendly throughout our orientation and I look forward to working in the future with Ricks in both maintaining this RV or upgrading later on.
My auxillary batteries and inverter were not working properly. Marty in service and Rick the technician treated me very professionally and fixed the problem. When I took my motor home home, I noticed that they fixed a couple of things not on the work order, steps and entry door. I would recommend Rick's RV if you need work done on your RV.
This is my third ARE V topper. I am very happy with the help in purchase. We were concerned with how it would fit my new truck. The day of installation we were made comfortable, and had A chance to look show room and there parts store. After installation we were shown the new topper installed and was very happy! We purchased our first travel trailer from Rick's RV, had a hitch/braking system installed and a TV mounted, and purchased several accessories from the parts store. We cannot say enough good things about our full-service experience with many team members. Paul was a tremendous help in selecting the trailer. Dominic did an excellent job with the demo. Diane was wonderful scheduling and rescheduling appointments for me. Ricky did a great job mounting the TV and helping us to understand how to use the options. Marty and Annie went above and beyond in answering the many, many...many questions I had about the RV and how to work everything. We leave Saturday and thanks to the team at Rick's, we feel much more confident than we did previously.
We are new campers and last summer we purchased our first camper to replace our many year's of tent-camping. We have a 2008 Jayco model 1207 pop-up camper that had extensive mouse damage to our canvas & needed a total replacement. Not the best way to finish our 1st year. Luckily our insurance covered this expense, minus our $250 deductible. Unfortunately, our insurance agent recommended us to get the quote from another dealer further downstate because they were a regular service business with their insurance. We got the quote, got our insurance check, took the camper to them. A couple days later, they called and said they could not get a canvas because they were not a Jayco dealer (I think they should've known this prior to us doing anything with them and was not happy). I picked the camper back up and brought home. I called Rick's RV the following Monday. I talked to Debbie and I felt much more at ease about the situation as she explained that they could repair my camper. I was pleasantly surprised when Rick's RV quote came back less than what I had already received so I did not have to worry about an insurance addendum to try to get more money. Diane was very quick to email me quotes on the additional repairs that I wanted to get done (not pertaining to our mouse damage). I felt the repair prices were phenomenal and nowhere near as expensive as I was prepared for. I talked several times on the phone with Debbie and Diane, and each time I talked with them, I could tell they enjoyed helping their customers. I brought the camper in for repairs and was expecting it to be gone for a few weeks to a month. It was complete in 3 days and it turned out more beautiful than I expected. Nick G. was our technician and his work is incredible. I could not have asked for a more professional job on our repair work! From my 1st call to Debbie to the final completion of the repairs have such a large smile on my face on a job well done! They made me a life long "new" loyal customer to Rick's RV and I can't wait to try to talk my wife into letting me upgrade :) Thank you Debbie, thank you Debbie, thank you Nick!!!!!
From the time we walked through their door, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our salesman Kurt was great to work with! No pressure at all like other places we have been to. John did our walk through when we picked up our RV and he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. Worked with Ricks RV for the first time purchasing a trailer in February at the camping show. Joe was easy to deal with, fair pricing, and at walk-thru at dealership John in the service department was very knowledgeable and helpful during the walk-thru at time of purchase.
Ricky did our walk through and did excellent job. Diane was great in service department very friendly and nice. Kevin keeps us coming back to Ricks. He has helped us through some difficulties and has never lost patience or interest in our issues. 30 years of camping and right now Jayco has best product. Hopefully this continues.

Super fast ordered Swiss truck cap and had it in a little over a week..I appreciate that since it's a work truck and needed it fast Joe was very helpful and Nick got installed quick...Very much recommend Ricks RV.

We’ve bought quite a few campers from Ricks RV since the early 1990’s. Each time has been a wonderful experience. Amazing sales people, very knowledgeable and not pushy to make a sale. Walk through for each camper gave us more knowledge to enjoy our camping trips. Any maintenance work needed was handled in a throughly professional and timely manner. It’s always an enjoyable experience at Ricks RV. Diane and Nick in the Service Department are outstanding.
Dominick goes out of his way to help my husband and I with all of our camping needs. We are not able to do as much as when we were younger and he is always patient and enables us to continue to enjoy camping. We are so thankful for this good-hearted gentleman!
