There was no place to list their names but Marty Svoboda, service advisor, and Ricky, the tech, were invaluable in saving our vacation. They provided immediate emergency service. They were in constant contact with us, and did everything we needed and asked for. They were truly amazing. We want to thank them again for their excellent service
In the last year we bought a new motorhome and a new Bungalo from Ricks. Both had maintenance issues and both occurred out of state. Mike Pilon and Marty Svaboda both worked with us to find out of state mobile RV repair services to resolve the issues in a timely manner. This is why we have continued to shop at Ricks and have bought 6 RVs over the last 25 years. My wife and I always look for Mike when we come to buy a trailer (or if we are in the area and just want to chat) and Marty when we have a service issue.
Tom who did our orientation / walkthrough gets 8 out of 5 stars. he was very informative and friendly! Kurt and Jim were very helpful also. if I buy another camper/rv i will be buying it from Ricks !!!!!!!
Paul was our salesman , Jim was our finance guy and Dwayne was our RV expert and did our walk through and taught us everything we need to know about our RV inside and out , top to bottom. It was an amazing experience from start to finish ! Everyone we met was very knowledgeable and friendly. It's no pressure shopping and no pushy sales people . I can't say enough good things about these 3 guys . Rick's RV really has it together and everything flows smoothly. We got an excellent price with affordable financing. They really do go above and beyond and help dreams become a reality ! Thank you !!!!
Hats off to Marty Svoboda! We had the unfortunate luck to experience a direct hit from a wild turkey that was taking off directly in the path of our RV. The turkey struck the upper nose of the RV, busting the fiberglass. Unfortunately, the turkey was DOA. On the same trip we had mechanical issues with the chassis. We called Rick's, and Marty told us to bring it in, he would take care of everything. And he actually did! Also worked with our insurance company to process the claim. Since we live far away, Nick picked me up at the train station when I came into town to pick up our RV. Where do you find this service? Not in many places. We have always liked Rick's RV, but they always find a new way to impress us. Highly recommended to anyone considering an RV purchase or service. Maybe they should start a consulting business to help other companies improve their customer relations! Thanks to all at Rick's! Especially Marty!
Where do we begin... top notch, best in the Midwest! We just purchased our 4th (yes 4th) RV from Ricks RV. Started small, gradually got bigger, and now we are retired and full timers, purchased our mother of all fifth wheels, Jayco Pinnacle front living. Love the layout, feels like a home, just what we wanted! Let’s talk about Ricks RV... Paul our go to sales rep is the most awesome guy, found our dream home for us, actually he changed our life by selling us our very first baby rv. We are truly happy campers. Thank you Paul for everything. Jim, our finance guy, thank you for always coming through for us, always being there for us, making our purchases go so smooth and last but not least Dwayne, you my friend are the most incredible, knowledgeable, hard working, kindest man we have been blessed to have go over everything on ALL FOUR OF OUR RV’s!! You deserve a HIGH FIVE. Thanks to everyone at Rick’s RV, you are all so wonderful, each and everyone one of you, the fact that we continued to come back says it all. I brought my camper in for just a couple things to get worked on for the long camping season ahead and Diane was very helpful and thorough with the process.
Kurt, Jim, and Dwayne are the team that helped me buy the rv I wanted. Kurt was the first to go through the RVs and helped me find the rv of my choice. Jim talked to me about financing, trade-in, and some of the necessities of trailer pulling. Dwayne did a bang up job on how to run the rv from outside to inside. This team of professionals are friendly, courteous, and very customer oriented. Their explanations of all my questions was thorough and to the point. Thank you for all your help!
Diane was our service contact and John was our tech. Continued absolutely amazing service and experience. Nicest people that are truly genuine and care.
We have always had great service at Rick's. When you call and make your appointment, they are dependable, on-time, and always offering any advice that is needed. My last service call was the same great service. They told me what they did and answered my questions. I would go back to Rick's anytime I need servicing for my RV.
My wife and I have been having problems with our trailer hitch. Jeff was outstanding in laying out options for us, Once we had decided upon our course of action our technician Nick B. had us outfitted with the proper equipment and ready to hit the road once more. Thank You!
Spoke to Jim today about a finance related question and he was able to give me some advice on a situation I was having with my Water Heater. I know this isn't his department but his knowledge helped me solve my problem. I purchased the unit at ricks and the great Customer Service is what will bring me back!!!.
I wanted to give a shout out to Dominick, I called and he happened to be available to speak to me. I had an issue with my Norcold refer and he gave me some advice to replace the part I diagnosed as bad. He took his time and never treated me as I didn't know what I was doing. (I'm a technical manager with electrical knowledge) Dominick is an asset to your business and in my opinion a very knowledgeable technician!! Dominick wasn't listed to I just chose Chris..
Although we had previously owned travel trailers, Rick did a fantastic job and we actually learned a few new things. Keep up the good work
The whole team at Ricks rv was outstanding from the first phone call to driving of the lot with my new rv.I drove 4 hours to Ricks rv and it was well worth every penny I spent there.Thanks to everyone with my purchase.
Thanks to Diane for her help as I rolled into the store with 10 minutes to closing. I tried to hurry the check-out process knowing I was late, but Diane was extremely kind and told me "take my time" and we even chit-chatted about camping. That was very kind, and I really appreciated her great customer service. Ricky got the job done and the furnace is back in biz! Thanks and I'll be back!

Not too long ago we took our camper in for warranty work....what a nightmare. We took it in again for some work and what a difference! They went over and beyond our expectations. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The staff have always been friendly and respectful, but Diane and Ricky were nothing short of top notch! You fixed my old boat trailer. I wan't sure after this trailer would see action again. You brought it back to life! The trailer will bring an fishing boat and this grandfather and grandchildren back to the water. Many thanks Paul
