Unbelievably Awesome Jayco 1207 Repair

We are new campers and last summer we purchased our first camper to replace our many year's of tent-camping. We have a 2008 Jayco model 1207 pop-up camper that had extensive mouse damage to our canvas & needed a total replacement. Not the best way to finish our 1st year. Luckily our insurance covered this expense, minus our $250 deductible. Unfortunately, our insurance agent recommended us to get the quote from another dealer further downstate because they were a regular service business with their insurance. We got the quote, got our insurance check, took the camper to them. A couple days later, they called and said they could not get a canvas because they were not a Jayco dealer (I think they should've known this prior to us doing anything with them and was not happy). I picked the camper back up and brought home. I called Rick's RV the following Monday. I talked to Debbie and I felt much more at ease about the situation as she explained that they could repair my camper. I was pleasantly surprised when Rick's RV quote came back less than what I had already received so I did not have to worry about an insurance addendum to try to get more money. Diane was very quick to email me quotes on the additional repairs that I wanted to get done (not pertaining to our mouse damage). I felt the repair prices were phenomenal and nowhere near as expensive as I was prepared for. I talked several times on the phone with Debbie and Diane, and each time I talked with them, I could tell they enjoyed helping their customers. I brought the camper in for repairs and was expecting it to be gone for a few weeks to a month. It was complete in 3 days and it turned out more beautiful than I expected. Nick G. was our technician and his work is incredible. I could not have asked for a more professional job on our repair work! From my 1st call to Debbie to the final completion of the repairs have such a large smile on my face on a job well done! They made me a life long "new" loyal customer to Rick's RV and I can't wait to try to talk my wife into letting me upgrade :) Thank you Debbie, thank you Debbie, thank you Nick!!!!!
