Fantastic Service
We purchased our first travel trailer from Rick's RV, had a hitch/braking system installed and a TV mounted, and purchased several accessories from the parts store. We cannot say enough good things about our full-service experience with many team members. Paul was a tremendous help in selecting the trailer. Dominic did an excellent job with the demo. Diane was wonderful scheduling and rescheduling appointments for me. Ricky did a great job mounting the TV and helping us to understand how to use the options. Marty and Annie went above and beyond in answering the many, many...many questions I had about the RV and how to work everything. We leave Saturday and thanks to the team at Rick's, we feel much more confident than we did previously.
