This is my third vist over the years..Iwouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else..The first impression stayed with me over several years and that's why I keep comming back when I am in need of repair...
Couldn't have asked for a better repair job. They kept me informed almost daily. Above expectations when it came to the amount of time my car was in the shop. They know what "customer service" truly means. You don't find the kind of courtesy and customer service these days that I found at Jackson's. I'm so glad my insurance adjuster recommended Jackson's!!
11-3-2014 our KIA was rear ended, I called KIA to find out who they use locally for body repair, they said Jackson's. The insurance adjuster had our car sent there, 3 weeks later we got the car back, good as new, with actual KIA PARTS used NOT after market junk... Service is great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jackson's for any need.
I have used Jacksons Auto Repair several times over the years. The first was when Walt & Roger (fathers of current owners) and the service is still great. They repaired our car like it was brand new again. A 80ft. pine tree fell very close to our car and the branched scraped the car front to back on drivers side. They found items that the insurance company missed, so we are very pleased with the results.
It was obvious that the front end of my car was messed up but you called the insurance company back to add in repairs of things that were hidden. You also proved to them that some things needed to be replaced not just straightened. My car is looking great and running great and I have confidence that it was done right. THANKS!
I was able to drop off vehicle same day I received my estimate. I am happy with the service and repair. No problems. To my surprise the inside was nicely vacuumed and the exterior was washed. I'm very grateful for everything.
I took Jackson's up on their free light check and not only did they replace a bad headlight, they replaced them both and buffed out my lenses so they looked new. I fully expected to pay and when Larry said it was on them I was completely floored. As if that wasn't enough, Larry took the time to estimate other repairs and parts on our old van with a smile. My 2011 Silverado received a considerable amount of damage as a result of a 50 MPH collision with an 800 lb bull elk. Based on Jackson's reputation I decided to have my truck taken there for repair. My truck was repaired with meticulous attention to detail. Customer satisfaction was of the upmost importance with them. You don't build a great reputation by just doing your job, you do it by going above and beyond. I rarely leave feedback so you can take this to heart.
Jackson's did a great job repairing my front bumper. It looks like new! Appreciated the use of a loaner car for the 2 days my car was in the shop. Great work and great customer service!
We took our car in for repair after rear-end collision. They kept us informed during the almost 6 week repair. When we received the car back, it looked as good as new. We were very pleased as the car only had 20 some thousand miles on it! They always do a superior job!
My car was done a day early. They washed it & cleaned up the interior, nice touch. Everyone I came into contact with, form Larry at the counter to the people that drove me home & picked me up, was very friendly! It was a very pleasant experience & my car looks great! Thank you.
We have been using Jackson for over the last 20 years, a year ago Jackson replaced my front panel on my truck, while washing it I found that some of the paint was starting to bubble and peel around my driving lights. I took it in on a Friday and Larry looked at it and told me that they would replace it . He then asked it I could have it back on the following Monday ( Wow what service ) He said that they would have it for about 2 days. When I returned to pick up my truck Larry took the time to explain what his team did and what they had found, They found that the primer was not holding on the front panel so he called the company that had funished the part a year ago and they took full responsibility . I feel Larry and his team go that extra mile for their customers and I will continue to use Jacksons and will continue to recommend them for their excellent work that they do , and their excellent customer service . Jackson's did a wonderful job of repair and paint on my car. The staff is helpful and quick to answer any question you have during the repair process. They explain things clearly before any work is done. I highly reccommend taking a car there for auto repair.
Jackson's is the only place I take my car to when it needs repair work due to an accident; they do a great job and it is done quickly and effeciently. I recommend Jackson's to anyone who needs work done; they are the best. Their customer service is top notch and they go the extra step to see that you have what you need.

My mom took her car here to get it fixed because she seen how long they have been in business, and liked the fact they had a good reputation. Well, with the way they treated my 70 year old mom I do not see how they have been in business for that long. Larry the owner yelled at my mom in front of other customers like she was a low life who does not pay her bills. He totally disrespected my mom and made her feel about two inches tall. They may do good work, but if this is how they treat senior citizens then I want no part of this business, and would recommend never taking your car here.
Jackson's Auto Body is a first class repair facility! They care about the customer, being a family owned business. You don't get that personal attention to detail, honesty and quality professional repair at many businesses these days. I would recommend Larry & Jerry (& their crew) to anyone, insurance or not.
