Awesome service

I took Jackson's up on their free light check and not only did they replace a bad headlight, they replaced them both and buffed out my lenses so they looked new. I fully expected to pay and when Larry said it was on them I was completely floored. As if that wasn't enough, Larry took the time to estimate other repairs and parts on our old van with a smile. Completely amazed and pleased with Jackson's Auto Body in Salem. Thanks Larry, Carol and the whole crew. Devin & Lisa Campbell

    Perfect inside and out.

I am so impressed with Jackson's body work. My car looked great after their perfect work. The inside was unexpectedly cleaned. My gosh. Thank you and I will recommend your business to everyone that needs auto body work.

Repeat customer - great as always

I am a repeat customer [unfortunately] but I don't even hesitate ... I know exactly where I'm taking my car when insurance asks. "I'm taking it to Jackson's". Thanks to the entire team for another job well done.

    Looks like new

They did a fantastic job with the body work and painting on my Subaru. Courteous and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend them.

    Very professional. Excellent service!

Our front bumper got damaged from a collision two weeks ago. I immediately reached out to Larry after the accident and we were able to get the car in the following business day for an estimate. After the parts came in they said it would take 4 days, maybe more for the car to be done. It was done on the 4th day and damage free! It was the cleanest we have seen our car in a while too (inside and out). We appreciate the entire team at Jacksons and although we hope we don't have to use them again they will definitely be the first place we call if we do need them.
