I've had Jackson's do work before and knew about their top notch quality work and service. I will use them again if needed and recommend them without reservation. I had some problems in dealing with the insurance company regarding my deductible and Larry was patient and helped me through the process. I think they're the best in town. Thanks Jackson's!

My car was involved in a traffic accident recently so I took my Mustang into Jackson's Auto because I know Larry personally. I just picked my car up today, and wow! It looks great. Knowing that they would have to paint the hood, fender, door and have it all match my special paint color was a little scary to me...I am amazed at how awesome it looks... looks brand new......Thanks to you Larry and your team who took the time to make sure another customer was happy!!! Had a great experience with Jackson's recently. They repaired a large dent/scratch from someone backing into my car in a parking lot. It looks great! You would never even know it had been repaired. They were also wonderful in helping us out with a loaner car. Thanks, Jackson's!
I have used Jackson's service a couple times over the last few years, most recently this summer (2012). Larry's team repaired the drivers side door on my SUV. The hinges were worn out and had to be replaced there was also damage and wear around my latch and around the door generally. The work was all completed on time, on budget and exactly the way they said it would be. I can't even tell where the damage was and the door opens and shuts like it just came off the assembly line. I have no intention of going anywhere else in the future when I need body or paint work. Thanks Larry!
My husband accidentally backed my brand new Kia Into my dads car so I had to get it fixed. Power mazda in Salem recomenned Jackson auto. I made arraignments for them to fix my care while I was out of town.My plane came in on a Saturday and they still gave me there personally phone number to call them so they could meet me at the shop so I could get my car on their day off. From the initial consulation to the final pick-up after repair, we received the highest grade of service possible, both in customer service and the actual repair itself. They walked us through the estimates, rental car, repair, and also acted as an insurance liaison for us. Thank you for a job extremely well done!
I used the services of Jacksons for a collision repair and found them to be knowledgeable and honest. They gave me a full review of the repairs and they stuck to their estimate. This experienced was so positive that I went back for a minor repair on my pickup. Great people. Friendly and fun.
I want to give a big thank you to Larry Jackson & Carol Jackson for taking care of me and my car last Wednesday. These two went over and above the "call of duty" for me and I SO APPRECIATE it! Once again my car looks great and it's so nice to have it looking like new! I highly recommend their business when choosing a shop for your repairs. Had my daughter take her 2003 Subaru into Jacksons for repair after she backed into a light pole. Damage was on the corner at the rear of car. Jackson's walked her through the complete process of what it would take to make repairs. They helped with the insurance claim and kept her in the loop the entire time they had the car. When she got it back, you could not tell that it been damaged. They take pride in not only the quality of work on the car, but also the quality of the communication during the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons to anyone needing body work done on their car.
