Our front bumper got damaged from a collision two weeks ago. I immediately reached out to Larry after the accident and we were able to get the car in the following business day for an estimate. After the parts came in they said it would take 4 days, maybe more for the car to be done. It was done on the 4th day and damage free! It was the cleanest we have seen our car in a while too (inside and out). We appreciate the entire team at Jacksons and although we hope we don't have to use them again they will definitely be the first place we call if we do need them.
We have used Jackson's Auto Body Shop both for Business vehicles as well as Personal vehicles. Each and Every time they do a thorough evaluation of the damages to provide the best service and repairs possible. Having your vehicle damaged is a very emotional situation and this shop understands the importance of getting you back in the drivers seat in a timely fashion. I would strongly encourage anyone who is needing repairs done to stop into Jackson's and let them show you what they can do. Being a Business owner myself and holding a high level of expectations, these folks really know what they are doing. They also have a shuttle service so you need not to worry about how you get back to work or home while dropping your car off for repairs.

Not only did Jackson's Body Shop do a great job on the repairs to my vehicle they performed preliminary body work to make it more road worthy, part of my fender was pulled away from the vehicle, but they returned it at completion of their work cleaner, inside and out, than when it was brought in for the repairs. Additionally, minor adjustments after the repairs were completed while I waited when I brought it in for adjustment. Did not have to leave it to fit into their schedule. Great service.
Took 2 of my vehicles here for collision repair. The guys did an awesome job. Made it look like new again. Couldn't even tell that is had been into a collision. Through out the process, they kept updated on their progress of work. They got it done before their quoted time frame!!! Great job guys

Paid more attention to detail and paint. Respect property of ours. Repair the car as if it belongs to the shop. Will not be back for future work.

In addition to agreeing with the other reviews, their staff is awesome and have helped make the process of getting through repairs from a car accident much less painful then usual. They do high quality work at Jackson's.
Paint job of the trunk and rear bumper was a quick job. Bumps and unclean surface under paint. Clear over spray on chrome wheels and chrome exhaust tips. One license plate light was not working and badging on trunk lid was not straight on. Took three trips back to get worked on.
I was kept informed of all repairs and when found more damage they took care of it with insurance company making it stress free for me. They are excellent in repairing and quick. I would recommend Jackson for all auto body repairs. Staff is very friendly.

I recently was rearened. I friend took her car to Jacksons. So I knew thats were I was going.. They came and got my car..and took it to the shop... They kept me updated on when it would be done, along with the ins part of it.. As far as all the steps.. It was a very good experience. Althou accidents are not fun ir a good experience. ITs nice to have someone in your corner. Thank you Jackson Autobody!!!

This is the 4th time I have had my vehicles fixed here not to mention my parents and sister all get their cars worked on at Jacksons Auto Body. I would choose Jacksons anyday over any other place. I currently live in Portland and still choose to drive back and forth to Salem to use their services. Larry and every person employed there are very respectful, trust worthy, warm, welcoming, personable, professional and quick. I have a brand new 2015 car that unfortunately has needed to be worked on twice already. Each time they worked on my car it looked brand new again (even better then when I drove it off the lot). The inside of my car was polished and dusted and looked 5 times better than when I dropped it of. They guarantee their work, and even take the time to fix small "problems" if you stop in randomly. They make your over all experience as easy as can be by working with the insurance companies when they can. They took care of my rental when I dropped it off too! I cannot say enough amazing things about how great their work is! I myself have used Jackson's Auto Body and as an insurance agent I send many customers to their shop. Being family owned and small they are able to do a great job and they are personable. Everyone loves Jackson's, I highly recommend this shop. They can get you in and out quick and they do an excellent job. Call them first!!!! Try them out I promise you you won't use anyone else again.
