Poor Customer Service

My mom took her car here to get it fixed because she seen how long they have been in business, and liked the fact they had a good reputation. Well, with the way they treated my 70 year old mom I do not see how they have been in business for that long. Larry the owner yelled at my mom in front of other customers like she was a low life who does not pay her bills. He totally disrespected my mom and made her feel about two inches tall. They may do good work, but if this is how they treat senior citizens then I want no part of this business, and would recommend never taking your car here.

    Perfect inside and out.

    I am so impressed with Jackson's body work. My car looked great after their perfect work. The inside was unexpectedly cleaned. My gosh. Thank you and I will recommend your business to everyone that needs auto body work.

    Repeat customer - great as always

    I am a repeat customer [unfortunately] but I don't even hesitate ... I know exactly where I'm taking my car when insurance asks. "I'm taking it to Jackson's". Thanks to the entire team for another job well done.

    Very professional. Excellent service!

    Our front bumper got damaged from a collision two weeks ago. I immediately reached out to Larry after the accident and we were able to get the car in the following business day for an estimate. After the parts came in they said it would take 4 days, maybe more for the car to be done. It was done on the 4th day and damage free! It was the cleanest we have seen our car in a while too (inside and out). We appreciate the entire team at Jacksons and although we hope we don't have to use them again they will definitely be the first place we call if we do need them.
