Can't get a quote!
I have been calling other companies to get a quote for a sewer lateral liner. This is the first company that couldn't make an appointment at a convenient time for the potential new customer. I was shocked to hear the best they could do was give me a 3 hour window when they could show up to quote the job!
I'm sorry, I told the girl on the phone if she couldn't set an appointment time I was calling another company. She didn't care. So I have booked my 3 quotes with other companies, at times convenient for me!
I guess maybe they get enough business from their after hours emergencies, they just don't need any other customers. That's what it sure felt like. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

We have a beaufiful Heritage home but have been dealing with a low quality sub grade pump system that was always needing servicing and orignally installed when renovated by a builder. We were always needing service calls to unstick or clean out. Plumbing company ( friends of same builder) didn't return calls for days even with emergency requests. After some research we called Hy- Pro who installed a state of the art system, eliminated the need for all our problematic service calls of the past. We had an excellent quick response, and our technician ( Eric) was very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate the peace of mind we now enjoy and love our home again. Thankyou Tracy

From the first phone conversation to your office staff, to Jeremy finishing the job, we were blown over by the great service.Not only did Jeremy do a professional job on the plumbing he listened and explained what was needed done. Best Plumbing Experience I've Ever Had
Jeremy arrived quickly and was extremely professional. He explained everything and fixed the problem incredibly fast. He also gave me helpful advice to prevent the issue from recurring.

Disappointed
I was told I would be served between 8am -11 am and I would have someone show up, give me a quote and complete the service within this time. I was told that I was the "first" job of the morning.
I heard nothing until 10:30, which I was told, I was slated as "next" in line, I was informed at this time that I would be called when the attendant left and was on their way to my home.
I heard nothing by 12pm, not even a call informing me someone was on the way and "almost" to my house. I wasted 4 hours of my day off waiting for a problem to be fixed, and no one showed up to even assess the problem. I am disappointed that my time was wasted.
Fantastic Service
Best plumbing service I have ever received when I compare the service to other plumbing services I had used in the past. Technician was very professional and addressed my current issue in a timely manner. When job was finished I was thanked and was never advised to have additional work done. The only mention of doing any additional work was when I had mentioned something I may want to update in the future and Technician said when ready please consider using Hy-Po.

Appreciated the prompt calls to notify me about when the technician could come out. I was shown the prices for the various jobs, the work was explained, the technician was courteous, friendly, and got down to work and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend you guys.

Great service. I had a next day appointment to have the drains cleaned, it turned out that my entire main stack needed replaced, they were able to replace it the following day. Friendly staff, nice workers, everything was left clean. I can't recommend them enough.

Changing Faucet
We had an emergency with water leaking in the kitchen.
I called up your company on Friday around noon and they were able to send a plumber to look at it immediately same evening by 6 pm, which was my preferred time.
Jeremy came in and right away concluded that we needed a new faucet and other plumbing was fine. He came back on Saturday next day to install the faucet. He was done in less than 30 minutes and was patient with answering out questions about the faucet.
He also pointed out what are most important things to know for the future, and that we need to keep the faucet key with the instructions and that there are some parts under the sink to watch out for around granite.
Throughout both visits he was polite, professional and attentive.
I feel that we were well taken care of with minimal notice and that the work was very well done.
