Everyone was so patient and this helped me to get the roadblocks cleared so that the work could be done. If anyone has Joseph as their technician, I believe they will be extremely lucky. He is knowledgeable and he works carefully and efficiently. Once finished the work, he leaves the area as clean as when he arrived so there is no mess left behind.
