She appreciated the confirmation appointment phone call and the call ahead prior to him coming. He found the problem in the septic pipe so fast and fixed the situations quickly and reasonable priced. thankyou
I called in for someone to come out and check what is the issue with my water heater as it is not working. They gave me a 3 hour window from 4-7 and told me that there is a free estimate for someone to come out and if there is anything to fix then I will be charged for that. At 6:40 I received a call from the plumber who was very rude to start and not friendly at all telling me that for him to come out he will charge me $165!!! So where is the free estimate I asked, he said this is my free estimate that you will be charge $$ for me to come out for a diagnostic! I said this is then a charge for the estimate since you didn't even come out and want to charge me and might not even be able to fix whatever issue there might be. He said this is what it is and yes he might not be able to fix anything but I would still be charged. I said at least if you would have called me earlier so I could call other places, he said "well you are lucky I even called"!!! Nicely done HY-PRO and thanks for the help!! BEWARE: Scammers and only want to rob you of your money with no help!!
The drain in our basement floor was backing up a little when the washing machine was on. When Jayme arrived and the situation was explained he did not know what to do. He started by trying to get the auger in through the lanudry room sink pipe. He got about 3 feet in and told me he hit something that he could not get through. He then tried and failed to get the auger in through the floor drain. He then tried again to go through the sink pipe and then realized he was going into the washer drain not the main drain. This is when he started to tell me he thought we would need a new under ground pipe and that would fix all of our problems. I told him that he had not even snaked the drain yet, he told me the only way he could was to cut into the pipe in the wall, which would cost us extra. He finally snaked the drain and told us that it was all fixed but we should still consider replacing the pipe and he emailed me a quote the next day for over 2 grand to get this done. When using the washer later that night there was still the same problem. When calling to complain i was told by the person answering the phone that there was nothing she could do for us and a manager would call us back within 3 business days. After complaining louder a manager called back in a couple of hours, they offered to send someone back to re snake the drain and bring a camera at no charge. He arrived 30 min late and then told me if we wanted him to use the camera he would have to charge us another $300. When I refused he said he would snake the drain but again tried telling me the only way to fix the issue was new pipes, this time the price would be more because he thought we would need a longer section. After snaking 10 ft he said hit something and wasnt sure he could get through it. He tried for a few min and finally got through it and looks like he fixed the issue. When he was leaving he asked me if I wanted to book the job for the new pipe, when telling him know he just left. It appears they are not interesting in fixing the problem but trying to upsell you something you dont need!
Hypro fixed my plumbing issues quickly, and had great attitudes. I highly recommend Hypro!

Jeremy came at 2:30 at 2:33 told me he couldn't fix problem. I am a senior so got a discount and total bill 175.09. Pretty good for 3 minutes and nothing done when. When I called I told my problem. Jeremy said he couldn't fix problem because it was the dishwasher not draining, so what does a plumber do? Oh he is a technician so thanks for "stealing my money. Do not use this company
Jeremy was very friendly and professional. I had a leak going from the water valve for my toilet. Jeremy got to work fast and had it taken care of in no time. He explained all his work and answered any questions I had. Yes the pricing was a little high but this was an emergency call. Thank you for my piece of mind
Price point is beyond ridiculous. Steer clear and Stay away. Roughly $500 to get the water line shut off.

Crystal's telephone manner is combative and extremely unhelpful. After the Hy-Pro plumber came, I was left with a mess that flooded my upstairs bathroom and when I called for help Crystal continually interrupted me, and spoke to me in a scornful, dismissive tone, and slammed the phone down in my ear. When a workman finally came, hours later, he told me there are many complaints against her from customers. How does she keep her job? I will not be using Hy-Pro again, not even to fix the problems you have caused.
He was on time, He unblocked the kitchen sink. Very satisfied. we recommend Jeremy.
Our first encounter with Hy-Pro was with a Tech. "Ian Manser" who promptly made a same day appointment to address our problem (drains backing up). His on-site visit was very professional and he presented to us two options for consideration. After careful debate, we agreed to proceed with the re-line of our drain from the house to the municipality system. Ian was extremely knowledgeable about the process and suggested we view the "video" he made of our drain. Although initially we were shocked at the cost of the process, given the excellent warranty and detailed technical explanation, as well as the alternative option of exterior trauma to our landscaped property and removal of mature trees, we recognized the value with proceeding. Ian was also very friendly, patient , respectful and answered all our questions thoroughly. The Service Team of three, headed up by Mark and members Josh and Jamie was also exceptional! They all displayed professionalism and excellence in workmanship. Mark explained an unforeseen difficulty and arrived promptly the following day with another team member, Frank, to complete the repair. The repair work was impeccably executed and the work area was left very clean and debris free. Our whole experience dealing with Hy-Pro was EXCELLENT. (Even phoning to remit payment was a pleasant experience, dealing with "Devi". We would highly recommend this company.
I'VE HAD TO USE HY-PRO A FEW TIMES FOR MY PLACE AND FOR MY MOTHER'S PLACE AND EVERY TIME WE RECEIVE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. I'VE RECOMMENDED HY-PRO TO SEVERAL PEOPLE OVER THESE LAST FEW YEARS.

The plumber that looked after my issue was named Josh, and he did an excellent job of quickly find the issue, putting a plan of action in place, keeping me informed at each step. He informed me of the cost prior to starting and I received great value! Thoroughly professional and capable work, problem solved! Josh did a great job, fromvthe work boot booties to the final payment! I would use Hy-Pro again, and recommend Hy-Pro and Josh in the future!
To who this may concern. We had a back up to our septic system. The technician pointed out early that he would try to snake it, but if it is with the septic, he can do nothing. I said ok. MY wife pointed out how overly happy he seemed to deliver bad news. I asked the price, he said 400+. i said, what happens if this doesnt work with your camera, he said that he could try and snake it, or we do the water injection type of treatment. I said, how much is that, he replied, you don't even want to know. What kind of an answer is that? He brought it up. He snaked the line and got caught on some tiny tree roots but did not solve the problem. He then said that means that my pipe is all cracked and i have major issues with the pipe leading to the septic. he said he felt bad for me because i had a nice deck out there that would have to come off because that pipe needs to be replaced. We opened the septic up and he said my septic was too full and i now had a problem leading to the septic and a major problem in the yard. I would likely need a whole new septic system and drain field. but he was not a septic inspector and couldn't be sure. I paid almost 500$ for him to snake and get stuck. did not solve the problem and gave us horrible news about a 25000 to 50000 fix for our septic, yet i still need to call the septic company to get it cleaned out. So not only was our problem not solved because he couldn't snake it to clear, both my wife and i were now under the impression that the only way to fix this was likely a new back yard, a new deck to get access to all the pipes and a whole new septic system. I called the septic guy who came to measure the levels, and stated that the septic is exactly how it should be, and in good working order. They recommended another plumber to snake the main line to the septic because it seemed to still be blocked. I called their plumber, the guy came in, cut the main line in the house, put a flashlight down the line and showed me a blockage about 4 feet outside the house. He pushed his snake through, broke the blockage in about 2 minutes, put the line back together and was gone in about an hour total from start to finish for a quarter of the price i paid Hy Pro. The technician from hypro told us about all of the worst case scenarios, how much money we were likely going to need to spend and it turned out that his snake was not powerful enough to push the blockage. The new plumber said he would only use that type of snake if the blockage was in the house. I know you provide emergency service and i am sure you have some great technicians, but the service we received was awful. He did spend time there while i dug out the septic lid which i appreciated as he said it was a last ditch effort, but all of his news was incredibly negative. Even our neighbors were amazed by how negative the guy was. We didn't sleep at all that night just to find out the next morning what truly amazing service is from our septic company and the new plumber.

Joshua Draker was the technician that came to our home. He was very professional and extremely respectful to me and my wife. He fixed our plumbing in a timely manner in the middle of a rain and hail storm. He was still cheerful! Because you give this kind of service and have this type of staff representing you I will not only call you again but recommend you to all my friends.
