I had a clogged drain pipe and they managed to solve the problem. However their service is ridiculously high. For 20 minutes of work they charged $225+taxes. Absolutely exaggerated price.
I extremely appreciate the quick and fast service of your company. Also thanks to Jeremy for doing an amazing and clean job. I had no idea what was going on and he was extremely nice and friendly and explained everything so I knew what was being done. He knows what he's doing and how to do it couldn't ask for a better technician. Honestly if you need work done and done right these are the people to call :)
Hello, I just wanted comment on my experience today with your company. Right from speaking with the dispatch I was impressed, when Mike, arrived on time even in this snow storm he was extremely professional, and well knowledged in furnace function and repair. Please let your company know that I am impressed and will recommend you anytime. Thanks for getting my furnace back on and giving such good service.

I had a technician out for my main drain the tech was was professional, very clean and the service was great
I called to have someone come out and look at my faucet that was leaking. An appointment was booked for November 18, in the evening as I work. At 8:00 pm I called to find out if they were still coming. Told not tonight as a couple of people had called in sick and would be out the next day. Could have called me to let me know, which was not the case. November 19 there was a storm and message was left couldn't make it. I understood this one. Rebooked for November 20. Received a message won't be out tonight as roads slippery. Odd thing was that I made in home in 40 minutes from Oakville and roads were a little wet but ok. Rebooked for November 21. Received message, plumber just finishing up a job and would call as soon as he was on his way. No call and a no show. Very disappointing. I guess my job wasn't big enough to have someone come out. Would not recommend this company.
I just wanted to say that your company is remarkable. After calling another company and being left on hold for 30-45 mins I decided to call your company. Not only did I get to speak to someone right away you also called me earlier than my appointment time to see if I was available for the technician to come early. I had an emergency late last night. My basement drain was backing up and sewage was slowly starting to fill my basement. When Alan arrived he quickly asessed the situation, described what needed to be done and fixed the problem. I was throroughly impressed with his professional behaviour and outstanding customer service. If i ever had another plumbing problem or knew someone who did, I would recommed HY-PRO Plumbing and Drain Cleanage.
