Changing Faucet
We had an emergency with water leaking in the kitchen.
I called up your company on Friday around noon and they were able to send a plumber to look at it immediately same evening by 6 pm, which was my preferred time.
Jeremy came in and right away concluded that we needed a new faucet and other plumbing was fine. He came back on Saturday next day to install the faucet. He was done in less than 30 minutes and was patient with answering out questions about the faucet.
He also pointed out what are most important things to know for the future, and that we need to keep the faucet key with the instructions and that there are some parts under the sink to watch out for around granite.
Throughout both visits he was polite, professional and attentive.
I feel that we were well taken care of with minimal notice and that the work was very well done.
