Rude and Unprofessional
Crystal's telephone manner is combative and extremely unhelpful. After the Hy-Pro plumber came, I was left with a mess that flooded my upstairs bathroom and when I called for help Crystal continually interrupted me, and spoke to me in a scornful, dismissive tone, and slammed the phone down in my ear. When a workman finally came, hours later, he told me there are many complaints against her from customers. How does she keep her job?
I will not be using Hy-Pro again, not even to fix the problems you have caused.
