Ken is excellent. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher wasn't draining properly, and after many DIY attempts we gave in and called for professional help. I'm so glad we did because Ken is very professional and managed to show me exactly what was wrong (more than just a simple clog). He figure out a cost effective solution for replacing the old corroded copper pipes, providing a permanent solution. This big job was completed in about 5.5 hours, much faster than I expected with little mess. He is experienced, polite, and very professional. Thanks Ken!

Thank you Hani Abid. Hani saved me from having to purchase a new furnace at the end of October 2015. My furnace was condemned by another company during a regular cleaning and I was told there were cracks in my heat exchanger. When Hani came to give me a quote for a new furnace, he suggested that he could inspect the furnace to confirm if there were cracks. I agreed and he did his inspection and did not find any cracks. Hani called another Hy-Pro technician for a second opinion and they agreed there were no cracks. The order to condemn was reversed and I did not need a new furnace. It is now January 4, 2016 and my furnace is working well. Mistakes happen, and I learned that a second opinion can be a good thing.
Had a clogged drain in the kitchen, and a leaky pipe. Eric came on time and repaired the leak and fixed the clog. He also replaced the facet. Friendly and efficient. If you have a plumbing problem I would recommend Eric. Thank you Eric.

We were the typical Saturday night emergency blocked drain. Hy-Pro responded within the hour to our home and Ian was professional courteous and fixed our problem immediately with a great attitude! We couldn't be happier with the service provided. We would recommend your company to anyone.
Zero stars if I could. I had an appointment day1 in the morning, no call / no show until after 12. We rescheduled for day 2, no call / no show. I called to confirm, and they then mentioned they did not have anyone avail. Poor customer service and poor communication. i would not recommend.
On behalf of my father, we wanted to thank Josh for his excellent work. He was very professional and patient with answering all of our questions - not so easy with an 80 year old sometimes. He found the issue with why our downstairs toilet wasn't flushing/draining properly and snaked the area causing the problem. I was also very impressed by the service I received when I called to book an appointment right down to the dispatch person who called to let us know the technician was on his way - great job by the staff that work behind the scenes in the office! I will not hesitate to call Hy-Pro in the future and would highly recommend their services.
Our drains slowed to a stop and we called Hy-Pro. Jeremy Leeman was fast, professional and fixed the problem (which required an extra-long snake) He also gave me valuable pointers on keeping the drain clear. This was a few months ago, but a good review is better late than never. Jeremy recommended using environmentally safe GES Plus, a drain maintenance product that is far better than those caustic drain cleaning products that I used to use. I am very happy with the quality of service from Hy-Pro and Jeremy.
The first time I booked an appointment for an estimate they had an opening from 2 to 4pm that day. I needed the work done so I cancelled my afternoon meetings and waited. At 5PM still nobody came and I called. They called me back and said they can't make it but they really don't need to see the job they can quote via email. They quoted two men and one showed up. It is obviously a job for two men. As a result of what we found additional work was required. Jayme Jacobs told me he would be there in the morning between 9 and 10 am with the Operations Manager to give me a quote. I cancelled my morning meetings so I could meet them. At 11 am I called and he apologized he was called out on another job. But he p[promised he would be there at 5 PM or call and give me notice. Neither Jayme or the Operations Manager called or showed up. I made two phone calls to Jayme, neither was ever returned. I do not recommend anyone use this company. The first time we used your service was an emergency call on my wife's birthday for a blocked toilet. The tech came within an hour and couldn't use his auger because he "had left it at another job site". That kinda pissed me off, but hey, he's here and I need the toilet unblocked. He removed and reset the toilet, leaving marks everywhere and constantly complaining about how the toilet wasn't installed correctly -- professional contractors remodelled our bathroom approx. 8 years ago --- but eventually solved the problem. For a horrendous price. The second time, a nice young man named Josh showed up, asked the appropriate questions and got the job done in next to no time. He was professional, very courteous, had all the necessary tools and finished the job very quickly.He also explained things about what can and what can't be flushed down the toilet. The one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth about the second visit: I had to pay the same horrendous price, even though I never stated, or was asked, if it was an emergency. It was not an emergency. Maybe plumbing companies should rethink their pricing policies and charge less than a horrendous price for non emergency calls. Would I use your company again.? That's a definite "Maybe" Thank you for your time.
