Two Estimators Didn’T Show Up, I Waited for Hours

The first time I booked an appointment for an estimate they had an opening from 2 to 4pm that day. I needed the work done so I cancelled my afternoon meetings and waited. At 5PM still nobody came and I called. They called me back and said they can't make it but they really don't need to see the job they can quote via email.
They quoted two men and one showed up. It is obviously a job for two men.
As a result of what we found additional work was required. Jayme Jacobs told me he would be there in the morning between 9 and 10 am with the Operations Manager to give me a quote. I cancelled my morning meetings so I could meet them. At 11 am I called and he apologized he was called out on another job. But he p[promised he would be there at 5 PM or call and give me notice. Neither Jayme or the Operations Manager called or showed up. I made two phone calls to Jayme, neither was ever returned.
