Matt was very personable and fully trained. He arrived on time assess the problem with my toilet, me an estimate of how much it would cost and with my approval he pulled the toilet to check to see if the flange was cracked or broken. I was very lucky that I had called before the flange was broken. That repair would have been extremely expensive. I had noticed that the toilet was wobbling and I could not tighten the bolts sufficiently; so I knew that it had to be repaired before the toilet started to leak. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself explained what he was doing and did a great job. I’m very very happy thank you.

Carlos & Sons Plumbing gave a good price for a quality drain cleaning using a power snake, and i was pleasantly surprised they used a camera at no extra cost. Being able to see the sewer line made the work much faster and helped find the right spot to run the snake. After the drain cleaning and camera check, raymond came out to go over the follow-up plumbing work that was needed. he gave 5 star service, which you do not always get from other plumbers. He took time to explain the hydro jetting and descaling process in simple terms, which really helped me understand the condition of the pipes and the best repair option. It was a long job, around 6 hours, but he stayed professional, had a great attitude, and cleaned up everything afterward. in Waco, it is important to have a plumber who understands sewer and drain issues and can handle them the right way. i would definitely use them again. the team knows the plumbing trade, provides excellent service, and does strong work on sewer pipe lining with a very solid warranty.

With all the Volcanic heat we have been experiencing of late, it is a wonder we haven't had more pipes crack, rupture or break. As of September 3, 2026 Mother Nature finally took its toll on our old water line out in Robinson, Texas. We've been fortunate not having these issues for some time. We scrambled looking for a reputable plumber to come out to fix our issue which had resulted in us going without water over night. Since it was after hours we figured we were going to fall victim to being gouged. Then I remembered someone I knew from way back in the day who was a plumber. "Lil Joe Castillo"! We have had other plumbers out before, but for reasons such as not being happy with their work, too high a fee charged or other! Upon calling LJ Plumbing Waco, Texas we left a message of our needs and a short time later we received a call back from Shawn Castillo telling us that it may be tomorrow on September 4, 2026 before they could come out, but would call in the morning to check if we still wanted them. We were still needing them and were ever so glad they called as they said they would. After the call, they were out to our home within the hour as they said they would. They came, the saw and they fixed the problem in what seemed to only take a little over an hour! WOW is all I can say and upon them leaving us completely satisfied with their work, we paid a lot less than expected for their services. It was a small fee for what they had to do to to fix the issue which required as mentioned some hard digging and repair of pipes. Will we use them again... You Bet! Shawn and his helper were most courteous and professional calling as promised, doing the job and not leaving a mess! For what it is worth, I HIGHLY SUGGEST if you need a plumber, call LJ Plumbing Waco, Texas. I believe they will do you right and as mentioned, we shall call them back when needed!

HVAC Repair Very fast about making an appointment to come out - they have someone on call 24/7. Their AI scheduling assistant is a little rough and needs work. After hours charges start after 5. For diagnostic non member it’s $99 from 8-5. Membership fee is $175 annually - comes with quite a bit so look into it. After hours (after 5) diagnostic is $149. They charged $331 in addition to diagnostic to change my capacitor out, which seems really steep. I couldn’t find transparent pricing on the website so figured I’d give details here. My service tech Rudy was incredible - kind, answered all kinds of questions, and was great with timing. Overall, great service but very expensive.
