My insurance company dropped me after my suspension, and I thought I was stuck.Skyline SR22 Insurance Waco found me SR22 coverage the same day and explained Texas's filing requirements clearly. I was back on the road past Baylor campus within the week.

Mr Matt Dill is as down home as it gets, friendly southern hospitality with the cadence of a smaller town and details for personal attention. He and his staff are exemplary! Callie, in particular, has solved several problems before I’ve finished telling the situation! I had been with the biggest State Farm rep in DFW for over 30 years and honestly have been happier with Matt and Callie and their customer service - what Matt and Callie routinely give far surpasses any received elsewhere. Guaranteed!!

There is no better place for insurance in Waco. If you’re tired of being over charged, come to amtex insurance. Also ask for Lorena, she is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Makes the process extremely easy won’t go anywhere else again.

Melinda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From her very first email, she was polite, patient, and focused on helping me — never pushy or salesy. She reached out just once a week, always respectful of my time, and she rescheduled multiple times without a hint of frustration. When we finally spoke, she was incredibly kind and understanding. My house was chaotic — a toddler making noise, teens running around, my husband grilling, and me stopping to cook — and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was taking up her time. She answered every question clearly, even ones outside the quote, and made the entire process simple and fast.Talking to her felt like talking to a sister: patient, personable, and genuinely caring. Melinda is an exceptional agent, and I’m truly grateful for her help.
