  • Aspinwall's

    Horrible customer service

Fire the Cunty old woman that runs the cash register!!! Don’t be racist!!!!! Have better quality control over the “milkshakes” you serve to the public. Actually use more than a spoon full of whatever type of fruit is ordered for the milkshakes. Oh and once again don’t be racist to non-white customers!!! Your old bitchy wife is a Cunt that wipes back to front!

  • Cosmic Card Shop

Amazing service at Cosmic Card Shop

I went into Cosmic Card Shop on Wednesday, I took in several full binders of Baseball Cards I've been collecting since I was a kid. The owner Joey was very helpful, and full of knowledge as to how to prepare my cards and such good advice for me. He spent a lot of time going over my binders and we'll prepare some of the cards for grading, and then an auction. I felt very comfortable, and I knew he was looking out for my best interest on what I had brought in. Best decision I could have made coming here.

    Money grubers

Agent didn’t even want to enter the waiting room to call for us; stood by their (Optic49) door and yelled up the hall for the client name. Already knew we have fame coverage and REALLY wanted us to buy frames, though there is nothing wrong with the current frames; thought nothing of telling us we had to surrender our current frames and lenses to ge the new lenses cut and placed, even thought the time to do so would be 2+ weeks!! What a money grubbing sham!!!! THIS is PRECISELY why insurance is through the roof!!!! This place contributes highly to the exorbitant cost of insurance and uncovered services. Find another business for your money and appreciation - Optic ‘49 doesn’t want or need you unless you want to be complicit in ripping off your insurance,,,

    Needs improvement

I recently purchased new glasses (Frank Ortmann, DOB 11/11/1948). This was the third set in 10 years, and while I was very happy with the first two sets, I cannot say the same for the present one. To be more specific: The associate helping me with the selection of a frame and writing up the order was great. Unfortunately, my experience when I picked up my new glasses was not good. I picked them up on 4/23 and the associate made a small adjustment. Turns out that the glasses were sliding down my nose, so I went back twice on Friday, 4/25 for more adjustments. They are still sliding, although not as much as before. I like my glasses to be a tight fit and would like to have them fitted and/or adjusted to meet my requirements. I am looking forward to your comments an/or suggestions. Thank you

    Excellent Customer Service

All three sales folks at Salem Paint Company are wonderful. I am a Nervous Nellie and they successfully calmed my nerves by giving excellent advice and encouragement – repeatedly as I am very unsure of myself as I age and I may have perhaps over-visit the store. They never made me feel unwanted nor annoyed. I never heard, "What! Steve again!" I highly recommend Salem Paint Company on the corner of Commercial NE and Division, across the street from the Salem Police Department.

Very Knowledgeable and Provided Excellent Service

My shoe shopping experience at Gallagher's was second to none. Susan's knowledge of body mechanics helped her recommend the perfect shoe for me. I've never had such a comfortable pair of running shoes. I liked them so much I went back later and bought a 2nd pair! Highly recommend!
