A J's Appliance

I have done business with these people several times and always left with a quickly repaired appliance, paid less than expected, and I am very happy to have a reason to speak with these kind and knowledgeable people. This is a terrific business!

Honest people with great customer service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else as they have more than earned my business with their integrity.

My front loading washing machine stopped rinsing after 10 years. Come to find out the part is super easy to replace. I shopped for prices online and wanted to call some local appliance repair shops. The first shop I called made me feel like I was the bad guy for not just letting them order the part without getting some other quotes. (we are talking less than $100 - but I always try to get the best price) I called A J's Appliance next and was refreshed to hear a very kind person on the other end. He even said I should try to look online for the part I was looking for. (Who Does That!?!) He said he could have the part tomorrow and when the price was practically what I could get it for from Amazon I was sold! - A little bit of kindness goes a long way and these folks treat you very well. I got the call around 10:30 am the next day that they had my part at the shop. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted kindly by the folks here. The part was factory and new and I was happy they were able to get it so quickly. Best of all, I was able to buy local! Although I did not have them perform any repairs, I will be calling them at the drop of a dime as my experience with them was top notch. I plan to spread the word.
