We are transplants from California and found Seth Marchant via his YouTube videos which were very helpful to us. We liked his friendly no nonsense style. In the videos he presented himself as knowledgeable and practical about the real estate market and living in the Portland area. We contacted him when we began our home search and found him to be just as knowledgeable and practical as in his videos! Seth is an excellent communicator and very well organized. He was very adept and efficient at arranging appointments for viewings. We felt he was very honest in his dealings with and for us.
