5-Star Review of Seth Marchant - Portland/SW WA/Oregon Coast R.E. Broker

We have been considering relocating to Oregon for quite some time and stumbled upon Seth’s videos about living on the Oregon coast and learned as much as we could about all the bigger cities we might want to look for homes in. After several vacations to get a feel for the area we reached out to Seth and he recommended a lender who was amazing to work with, scheduled a trip out from Texas to look at homes in Newport, Depoe Bay and Lincoln City and he gave us a whirlwind tour of all the homes we thought might work. From beginning to closing on our new home in Lincoln City everyone Seth recommended, lender, title company and inspector were just a pleasure to work with and made me feel like everything was being taken care of and our best interests were looked out for! I would highly recommend Seth for anyone looking to move or relocate to Oregon! Thank you again Seth for all your help and support!

I cannot recommend Seth Marchant with the Oregon Relocation Team highly enough. We discovered Seth through his YouTube channel, where his incredibly informative videos about the Oregon Coast immediately set him apart from other realtors. His content was so helpful that we knew we had to reach out to him for our home search. From our very first interaction, Seth exceeded all expectations. His responsiveness was immediate, and his enthusiasm for helping us find our perfect home was evident. What truly amazed us was his dedication - Seth showed us 14 properties spanning much of the Oregon Coast from Newport to Astoria. His extensive knowledge of each area, from local amenities to neighborhood characteristics, made every showing valuable and educational. Seth's professionalism is matched only by his genuine friendliness. He made what could have been a stressful process feel like an adventure with a knowledgeable friend. His communication throughout was flawless - he kept us informed every step of the way, answered our countless questions with patience and detail, and always made us feel like we were his top priority. What sets Seth apart is his comprehensive knowledge that goes far beyond just real estate. He's a walking encyclopedia of Oregon Coast information - from the best local restaurants to tide patterns, from school districts to hidden gems only locals know about. This insider knowledge was invaluable in helping us make an informed decision. Thanks to Seth's expertise and dedication, we are now the proud owners of our dream home in Astoria! He turned what seemed like an overwhelming search into a smooth, enjoyable journey. If you're considering relocating to the Oregon Coast, do yourself a favor and contact Seth Marchant. His YouTube videos are just the beginning - working with him in person is an even better experience. Thank you, Seth, for making our Oregon Coast dreams come true!

We are transplants from California and found Seth Marchant via his YouTube videos which were very helpful to us. We liked his friendly no nonsense style. In the videos he presented himself as knowledgeable and practical about the real estate market and living in the Portland area. We contacted him when we began our home search and found him to be just as knowledgeable and practical as in his videos! Seth is an excellent communicator and very well organized. He was very adept and efficient at arranging appointments for viewings. We felt he was very honest in his dealings with and for us. He was not pushy about getting us to make decisions and he had his eye out for potential problems with properties. Last but not least he is very personable and a good human being. He also helped locate a property for my elderly mother just 6 minutes from the house we purchased. She is equally happy with Seth's work. We highly recommend Seth!

I recently moved with my partner from out of state, and I was really excited to make the move to Portland, but wasn't sure how things would go. Seth made sure that we were comfortable at every step, and absolutely went above and beyond to educate us and guide us through the process. Seth was communicative, professional, personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly - he was truly a "shoulder to lean on" during the house-hunting and house-buying processes. I especially appreciate his patience working with other agents/sellers, and representing our needs/requests accurately and timely. I would 100% recommend working with Seth (and his realty partner, Paul) because we felt cared for as clients, and we're super excited about the house we decided to buy with their help!
