We have been considering relocating to Oregon for quite some time and stumbled upon Seth’s videos about living on the Oregon coast and learned as much as we could about all the bigger cities we might want to look for homes in. We are transplants from California and found Seth Marchant via his YouTube videos which were very helpful to us. We liked his friendly no nonsense style. In the videos he presented himself as knowledgeable and practical about the real estate market and living in the Portland area.
