We have been considering relocating to Oregon for quite some time and stumbled upon Seth’s videos about living on the Oregon coast and learned as much as we could about all the bigger cities we might want to look for homes in. After several vacations to get a feel for the area we reached out to Seth and he recommended a lender who was amazing to work with, scheduled a trip out from Texas to look at homes in Newport, Depoe Bay and Lincoln City and he gave us a whirlwind tour of all the homes we thought might work. From beginning to closing on our new home in Lincoln City everyone Seth recommended, lender, title company and inspector were just a pleasure to work with and made me feel like everything was being taken care of and our best interests were looked out for! We are transplants from California and found Seth Marchant via his YouTube videos which were very helpful to us. We liked his friendly no nonsense style. In the videos he presented himself as knowledgeable and practical about the real estate market and living in the Portland area. We contacted him when we began our home search and found him to be just as knowledgeable and practical as in his videos! Seth is an excellent communicator and very well organized. He was very adept and efficient at arranging appointments for viewings. We felt he was very honest in his dealings with and for us. He was not pushy about getting us to make decisions and he had his eye out for potential problems with properties. Last but not least he is very personable and a good human being. He also helped locate a property for my elderly mother just 6 minutes from the house we purchased. She is equally happy with Seth's work. We highly recommend Seth!
