The joint venture I work for hosted a Reception and the service received from your staff was stellar and beyond. Very attentive to detail and always with a smile and a willingness to remedy whatever we needed. We have used the facility many times for Holiday parties, etc. and always get the best service.<br /> <br /> Thank you all, and yes we will recommend you to anyone needing a 5 Star venue.

Oct 8, 2014 Waiter Munir went out of his way to help me
Munir, convention center waiter, went out of his way to help me. Because of medical condition I am very limited what I can eat and there was a mix up about needing special food for lunch. Munir went way out of his way to help me. He worked with chef/cooks and his superiors to work out something for me. Munir is outstanding, superb customer service and out reach. He even refused a tip. I am so impressed with Munir's service, help, compassion, communication, problem solving. THANK YOU Munir very, very much!!!! THANK YOU

This is a great place for meetings and conferences if you are trying to plan one in a centrally located area in downtown Salem. The staff is knowledgable - at least they were for the meeting I was working on with them. I do not plan things very often in Salem, but if I had to do it again I would do it here.
